Estimated delivery dates are false, I have an estimated delivery date of yesterday and my order status is still "waiting". Had I known that the estimated delivery date on my order was a complete misleading lie, I would have opted for additional shipping charges. Do not order from this company.

Excellent job with affordable cost and on time delivery

UPS did not deliver the product despite my correct shipping address being provided. The package was returned to 24hourwristbands. They chose to recharge me $30 to reship the product, despite the issue being with the delivery service rather than customer error. Very disappointing when spending hundreds of dollars. I spoke with William and he was respectful but unhelpful and essentially reread a script over and over without comprehending the situation. Quality of the product is to be seen but customer service is horrendous, which seems to be the trend in these reviews.

The hats themselves turned out great. However I ordered white hats as well as black hats. A few days later they called to tell me they have no white hats in stock. So why was I able to purchase them in the first place. Fine I’ll just get all black hats!
THEN I get another call about a week later that they don’t have enough of the hats I purchase so they will be using a different type of hate to fill the order. Would’ve been nice to be compensated in some way because I spent a lot of money to not get what I originally ordered.

I was concerned when I placed the order because there was not guaranteed delivery option, but they came within a couple days of the "estimated date" I had chosen, so all worked out great.

I ordered custom coozies and styrofoam cups. Fast shipping and delivery!! Product looked absolutely amazing, will definitely order again!

I got my order but the Print was wrong on the bands. I had to send it back. There was no T on the name.

I ordered “coasters” and selected their paper option. What I received were 16pt paper coasters, which—while technically noted in the description—are not suitable for use as actual coasters. Any moisture immediately seeps through the thin material and ends up on the surface underneath.

Given their functionality, I don’t believe these should be marketed as coasters at all. Unfortunately, customer service was also unhelpful in addressing the issue. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to order from this site again or trust the quality of their products.

Needed bands for a funeral. Very fast shipping!

Atleast 1/2 of these cups had a small pinhole in the bottom of them and they leaked when filled with liquid. Very disappointing.

Order arrived late after I paid for expedited shipping. Still waiting on my refund. Product was good.

Great experience from purchase to delivery. They worked with me to get a good product ready. They were extremely professional and willing to adjust during mock up phase. It was super simple process through the entire process.

Great experience with setting up the buttons on our own. Very quick and efficient. Only feedback is to show how big 3inch is the buttons were a little larger than anticipated and, I think we would have gone 2 inch but other than that we will use them again. Very quick turnaround! 10 out of 10 quality! Thank you looking forward to future work.

I love my items. I was skeptical about uploading my own image but it turned out perfect! and the additional free 100 bands will come in handy as well. I truly believe if I need more bands I will go here! They even came faster than anticipated !
