Problems

Despite all the problems, the package arrived with the product (it appears to be legit). The product had an expiry date of 08-2026 which is very good. I contacted my cc company & withdrew the dispute. Still haven't heard anything from the vendor. Never received the tracking # even though I paid for the more expensive 'trackable' shipping. If the vendor had maintained his website & had been responsive to my multiple emails, I would have rated him higher. Unfortunately for me, when I thought I had lost my $'s, I placed an order with a different vendor, so now I have twice as much as I wanted. Oh well, better that than losing my money.
1st problem, April 12, 2024: Their website states “Dear customers! Due to unexpected issues with of Airmail delivery time, we temporarily removed this option. In order to compensate for your costs for more expensive, but faster delivery - we are introducing a coupon "247AMP" for a 10% discount on the products of your choice.” However the coupon code didn’t work, so I initiated on-line Live Chat. “Teeman Brighton” responded with “We provide discount only after one successful order” & refused to provide a valid discount code even when I pointed out that the statement on the website doesn’t state this requirement. Altho not happy, I proceeded to place an order and paid $200.09USD on April 13th with my credit card. FYI, they invoiced & billed as "SHK HEALTH" .
2nd problem April 21st, a full week after payment, no shipment/tracking # nor updates from this vendor. Their “Live Chat” no longer works, so I sent an inquiry (via their website) to their Customer Support team, asking for the Tracking #.
3rd problem April 23rd, their stated tel # number is disconnected, the Live Chat still not working and no reply to my web inquiry. So I sent emails directly from my personal email (rather than use their website again) to the two emails listed on their “Contact Us” page.
4th problem April 25th: Two weeks after they got my $’s, there’s no change: tel is disconnected, Live Chat not working, no replies whatsoever to my emails (but no undeliverable messages either). I contacted my cc company & filed a dispute with them.
April 29th, still nothing from these people.
