Hi Martin,
I am very sorry to see this review, especially from a customer who has had 19 figurines from us in recent years and has previously left us a 5* review.
I am aware that you have ordered the same Disney figurine (Disney Traditions Lion King Carved in Stone) from us on three separate occasions, and have returned each and every one due to not being happy with the paintwork.
The latest one had a light patch on Pumbaa's body, however we arranged a free of charge return and refund for you. As you are aware, Disney Traditions are hand painted and every figurine will vary, especially on a very detailed figurine like this Lion King scene.
As per our last email, I am sure you can appreciate that it is not sustainable for either of us for you to keep ordering the same figurine and returning it a few days later. For this reason we offered a replacement, however we advised that we would photograph the replacement and send you images for approval before shipping it.
You requested a refund instead and we processed that for you as soon as the returned item was received last week.
As a company we go above and beyond by opening and checking every figurine for damage at the point of dispatch - this helps us to spot any breakages before we ship them and helps reduce the hassle and cost of customer returns.
We also offer a no quibble returns policy and free of charge return in the event of any issues.
Unfortunately the one thing we cannot do is guarantee a 'perfect' figurine due to the way in which they are manufactured and painted.

Kind regards,

Mark Harrison
