Auszahlung verweigert wegen versteckter 3×-Umsatzregel
Ich habe mich über einen Streamer registriert und den No-Deposit-Bonus genutzt. Nach fairer Umsetzung wollte ich auszahlen – dann hieß es plötzlich, ich müsse den Gewinn erst einzahlen und dreimal umsetzen, weil ich angeblich schon auf einer anderen Marke desselben Unternehmens (Galaktika N.V.) gespielt hätte.
Diese Regel steht tief und vor allem schlecht in den AGB und ist für normale Spieler nicht nachvollziehbar. Formal gedeckt, aber moralisch absolut unfair. Kein Echtgeld verloren, aber nie wieder Galaktika-Casinos.
