Ordered online and received as described and in good time and condition. Easy enough to install even though there were no instructions enclosed and I am almost 80 years old. Everything was well packed and an extra slat included. Decent blind at a budget price. Would use the company again.

The panels I received were lovely. Material and pattern was great value.

Firstly ordering was very easy to do.
The speed of my delivery was good too.
When my order arrived, I over ordered the amount of slats ie, blind strips but I was a couple short.
Also I was missing a couple of bottom weights and 3 of the top hooks. So a little disappointing………..

Very poor service. Ordered £150 of blinds, not acknowledged but then I had a note to say order was cancelled by them with no explanation. They still have my money. Tried to contact them by both phone numbers 0800 and mobile but both ring out. Tried the online chat but no response. Have emailed but no response as yet. If I do not hear anything in a couple of days then court action to recover my loss with interest. Would not deal with or recommend as they do not seem to care about their customers

I have paid for blinds - the money left my account nearly 3 weeks ago. I have had no order confirmation and have tried contacting via email and the website messenger and have been ignored. I didn’t want to resort to this to have to get a response and would still like my blinds but have no option with no response?

blinds are better than i thought, perfect fit . will use 1 click blinds again it was very easy to order and loads of choice to pick from with the added bonus of being great value for quality blinds .

Once installed - absolutely stunning and perfectly blackout. But oh my, trying to install them was an absolute nightmare. I’m not a novis around the house, but these wore me down. They are packaged to within an inch of their life (there’s pro’s to that obviously but it took me an hour to unwrap 3 small blinds), then, there were no instructions, and only part of the order was labelled. A few small improvements and these would be highly recommended!

The perfect fit blinds were a perfect fit and the after sales customer service was just as good!
