Great Email communication although a wait for delivery so order in advance. Product looks great on , material is stretchy especially around the waiste. The long pants are a loose fit style and matched the size guide although the shorts seem more like everyday Auatralian sizing, I needed a size replacement. During this, communication was great but the process took a little long. Overall happy with the product, communication and service, will purchase again, can dress up with a belt or just wear. A great, light weight, versitile product, perfect for golf and holidays.

Transaction and delivery were good, but absolutely love the shorts. They are definitely my go to for golf compared with any of the shorts I have had in the past. Size recommendation was spot on for me. Love them.

I am in Australia ... I ordered 3 pairs of shorts ...length of the shorts is too short... Inseam length is 6.5 inches .. none of them fit right. Pockets are too small and the zipper area rides up as you walk.

I have emailed them 6 times over the last 3 weeks to follow up on a return request but have not had any response as yet ...

Ordered 2 pairs and they arrived 13th November as a Christmas gift. Too small, emailed to exchange them. Finally got a response saying they would replace them. I have been emailing weekly with no reply and no goods. I feel I have been ghosted by this company. Oh and it is the 21st of February, our summer here is nearly over.

Buyer Beware, These shorts are nothing but cheap Chinese rubbish. I too fell for the advertising hype. I thought being an aussie company I’d give them a go, my mistake !
Every negative review you read here is true. Want to exchange or not happy, don’t even bother trying to email them as they just ignore them. Customer service is nonexistent. I couldn’t even imagine trying to get a refund. Keep your money in your pocket and go and buy off a reputable company.

Update: Since posting this review I have been contacted by Sarah @ 19th Lab. Rather than return the shorts she told me to keep, gift, or donate the current ones. She apoligised for the late response and said she will arrange a size exchange for me. Fingers crossed...

Update: I previously complained about non-existent support. However, after my negative review, I received instant support from 19thLabGolf and today received 2 x pairs of replacement shorts. The material is excellent and fit now also very good. Pity it took a bad review to get support but all's well that ends well.

Ordered early December. Still not received in February, despite various promises of shipments and fake shipping details.
Now trying to get my money back.
Despite claims it was delivered it wasn’t. The courier even admitted it hadn’t been delivered but was marked as delivered. I’ve now been promised another delivery from 19th but not holding out any hope.

The pants are great! Very comfortable and stretchy. It's easy to move and bend in them. Love the colour too. They are true to size and make me look good.

Absolute scam. You can only return to their US store and the cost $30 otherwise they offer a 50% refund.

They are a total scam. Their returns policy is a lie.

Do not purchase these shorts.

I fell for the marketing spin, ordering 2 pairs of shorts. Contrary to their claims, by following their size guide the shorts are at least 2 sizes too big. All of my emails enquiring about the exchange/refund procedure (as per their website) for the past week are unanswered. I am now emailing daily attempting to get a response. Very poor customer service. Recommend you steer well clear of this company and this product.

Update 18/3/26 - Sarah has been in contact and kindly offered to replace my original order, at no cost. The replacement shorts have now been received and fit well. Took a few weeks to sort everything out but in the end I am pleased with the outcome

Shorts are amazing! Deserve a 5 star review. Genuinely changed my experience on the course. No longer need to use average cargo pants, etc. Quick delivery too which was good.

Honestly really rate these golf shorts from 19th Lab. Super comfy, great fit, and they move properly when you swing — no stiffness or awkward pulling. The fabric feels lightweight but still good quality, and they look way more elevated than your average golf shorts.

They sit nicely on the waist and don’t ride up when you’re walking the course (big win). Easy to wear from the course straight to coffee after too.

Would definitely buy again.

I ordered a pair of golf pants from 19th Lab for my husband and he loves them. The quality is amazing — super durable, great fit, and they still look brand new after multiple wears. Customer service was also fantastic and really helpful. Highly recommend!

Sent out two pairs of shorts which didn't fit. I contacted them and was told if receive a new set within the week. After 3 weeks of no shorts, I was told my shorts would be sent as a priority after 25th Jan. It's now 15th Feb and nothing. I've requested a refund on 2nd Feb as I've purchased elsewhere due to delays. Still waiting for a reply

Update: Refund requires me to return the original shorts which I don't have as I was told to donate them whilst awaiting for the new pair. They've offered me a 50% refund which is a disgrace. Even if I had the shorts, there fulfilment centre is in the U.S so they said it'd cost me $30 to ship back

The shorts just ok, you are better off going to a sports store and trying on a known brand and get those for similar cost. The long pants sizing is terrible. Long delivery times, poor customer service. Poor returns policy, will give you 50% of price back, but get to keep the ill fitting poor quality item. And they they don't (or haven't yet after 1 month) actually refunded the money. Highly suggest to steer clear completely.

UPDATED: I finally received a response regarding my exchange. Sarah has sent the items although I had to change colours on 2 as they were sold out in my first and second choices! I have received tracking from Australia Post that the order is on it's way. I can also say that the shorts I purchased for my son at the same time, are great and he loves them. I'm hoping the replacements for my husband are just as good. (I emailed on the 27th of December 2025 requesting instructions to return 3XL shorts and pants due to sizing issues.
On 31st Dec 2025, Sarah offered an exchange, allowing me to keep the original items. Which I intend to regift as she suggested.
On 31st Dec 2025 I confirmed 4XL size,
On 6th Jan 2026 Sarah noted the pants were out of stock for 1-2 weeks. She asked if I wanted to wait and have the full order sent together.I agreed to wait for the 4XL items to ship together, resolving the request.
I emailed again on 2nd Feb as it had been more than 3 weeks with no further communication. I haven't received a reply and sent a further email on 9th Feb. I am really unhappy as I purchased a lot of items and I'm now totally out of pocket as my husband cannot wear them. Such bad Customer Service! 19th Lab please contact me and send the items you promised.)
