Not happy so far!

I ordered two Novo 2 vaping devices and so far one of them does not work at all. I fully charged before. I am hesitant to try the second one.

I ordered 3 twist e-juice berry medley…

I ordered 3 twist e-juice berry medley salt nic 50mg, they came with severe light damage as the juice has turned an amber colour and nicotine is not as nearly as strong as it should be compared to a bottle that has been stores correctly.

Batch ID on bottle says 20141BM
Same batch ID as the bottle I purchased 3 months ago. The bottle i have from 3 months ago is still clear.

I have been purchasing this eliquid for sometime now, and every time I have purchased it has been a clear liquid. I never had an issue from other vape shops.

Excellent shipping and Products. Customer service could use help with politely answering customers questions when misdirected to Toronto... It is never the customers fault the calls are misdirected and getting upset at a customer is not the answer...
