Schreckliche Erfahrungen

Hallo Zusammen,
Ich habe die Bestellung für ein Kleid bei Fourteen Berlin platziert. Bevor ich auf den Knopf "Bestellen" gedruckt habe, habe ich noch geprüft ob die Retoure möglich ist. Die Webseite bestätigt das Rückgaberecht innerhalb von 30 Tagen, sagt leider nicht, dass der Rückversand auf EIGENE KOSTEN NACH CHINA erfolgen soll.

Gerade in diese Situation bin ich geraten: ich habe das Kleid bekommen, dass zu groß ist und habe nach dem Rückversand gefragt. Erst dann hat es sich rausgestellt, dass ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück nach China schicken muss.

Es ist ja bekannt, dass die Transportkosten für den Rückversand aus Europa nach China so hoch sind, das man es sich nur in Ausnahmefällen leisten kann.

Ich diskutiere bereits dritte Woche mit Fourteen Berlin und komme zu keinem positiven Ergebnis. Ich wurde nicht über den Rückversand nach China auf eigene Kosten im Vorfeld informiert, kann diese Kosten nicht tragen, bekomme mein Geld auch nicht erstattet.

Schreckliche Erfahrung, ich bestelle hier NIE wieder...

C'est un échec !

Commande passée le 15 novembre pour une livraison avant Noël ! Finalement la livraison a été reçu le 12 janvier ! Pas de mail pour s'excuser. Nous avons du appeler 4x pour avoir des infos... Expérience très décevante ! Aucunes compensations ni excuses !
