Have been using 14 day manicure for about a year now, I love being able to do my own nails with ease and experimenting with different colours and designs. My nails last over 2 weeks and I get so many compliments on my nails. Fab products and easy to use with clean instructions.

Such a life saver-I’m trying to cost save with nails as I’m spending £59

Really disappointed with the kit I purchased. Colours were really uneven and not like the colours advertised. Nails chipped within a couple of days and the quick gel remover was useless, my toenails were completely ruined after using. Would not recommend. Reviewed on the 14day Manicure site but review wasn’t published, I wonder why?

This kit is an absolute game-changer! It's incredibly easy to use, and I haven't needed a salon visit in ages. It includes everything you need for nail care, along with your choice of polishes, making at-home manicures effortless and enjoyable!

Ive been using these products for years now. Outstanding products and customer service. Super efficient service. The quality in their products and the value for money is outstanding.

I bought a couple of gel polishes from 14 day mani, and I was mistakenly sent one of the wrong shades, however the customer care team were so helpful, and the correct shade was delivered within 2 days of me contacting them, so I would absolutely recommend! I have the at home kit already and I love using it all the time to give me a long lasting manicure! ☺️

Excellent customer service. I bought the kit, packaging is lovely, delivery was fast. Had a query on one of the polishes and received a quick reply and replacement. Overall great product and great customer service.

I bought my kit & it arrived within 48 hours. Gorgeous packaging (it felt like Christmas opening the box!) I had stopped getting my nails done as it became too expensive & time consuming to get to appointments every 3-4 weeks. With the kit it explains how to get salon-like nails with short videos. I love my kit and look forward to trying out all the gorgeous colours ❤️

Customer service is fantastic and the quality of the products is great. Saves so much money by going to the salon each month. Highly recommend and its an Irish business!

I started using 14 days manicure products about 16 years ago and I have always been very happy with them. I recently bought some new nail polishes and tried them: they are really excellent products! Both in terms of color and in terms of use and hold.
I contacted support for a shipping problem and the support team immediately paid attention to me and handled my case professionally - very well.

The led lamp is slightly larger than expected, and comes in 2 parts. The gel nail polish takes a bit of getting used to for full coverage and may appear lighter in some colours.

I love the product and how easy it is to use but I use BIAB which requires you to use the Pro gels and I feel they are very limited in the colours for the pro gel line compared to the HEMA free. I have also had a few experiences of the colours I bought being jelly or completely see through when they don't state this in the description and don't appear that way on the website. When I have reviewed a colour to say this and put a 1 star the review doesn't appear although reviews I provide with 5 star always appear.

I also feel they are very bad at coming back to you when you have a question on something. You typically get ignored on social media in particular.

All this being said, I really love the brand and i have recommended it to both friends and family, but I just wish they provided more colours and were a bit more accurate with the photos and descriptions.

Edit: 14 day have all reviews available on website now and also seem to be adding realistic photos along with photos already available. Very handy to be able to see real users photos in reviews also!

I purchased the gentle gels base coat, top coat and one shade of red yesterday and received my order this morning. Not only was the delivery time so quick (not even 24 hours) but also, not to be dramatic, but the nail gel has changed my life.

As a child I had severe anxiety and would bite my nails which unfortunately never recovered and would grow out properly and I’ve had short nails. I used to get my nails professionally done but found it was expensive and would damage my nails, so I purchased the gel kit from 14 day manicure and loved doing my nails at home!

I visited my sister and she did my nails using a kit from a different brand. At first this was no problem but the next day it turns out I’d had a reaction to it and unfortunately this permanently damaged my nails and I could never use gel again, even if I had them professionally done. This was devastating for me and all I could think was for my biggest life events I wouldn’t be able to have my nails properly done (nail varnish chipped too easily and my nails are quite short).

I attempted to get my nails done for my sister’s wedding, as I thought if I went to a professional I might not have a reaction. I was wrong and ended up having another allergic reaction and having painful and inflamed nails/ hands for the wedding. (Not to go into too much detail but it was an extreme reaction and they looked horrific).

Yesterday I bought the gentle gels range, just one colour as I was afraid of buying loads and still having an allergic reaction. Initially, I was very nervous to try it as the reaction that I do get is so painful. I am so so happy with the results and it really has changed everything for me. I loved having my nails done, and it really improved my confidence. I know it sounds silly but I was devastated when I’d formed that reaction which was then permanent. (Just to clarify the allergy was not a result of using 14 day manicure it was from using a gel from another brand and the ingredients it contained as it permanently damaged my nails, this also happened to many other people, I couldn’t use any gel including the 14 day manicure or professional).

I’m beyond excited to start buying more colours. I’m graduating university soon and I’m delighted I can now have my nails done for it and all future events that I can have in my life. I wasn’t even aware that HEMA was the reason for the allergy until I saw it on the page and researched it.

I know it may seem small but the products really do make a difference and an impact on people’s lives, and I can’t thank them enough for this. I already had the 14 day manicure kit before forming the allergy. They have put in the research and it really is paying off and helping so many people feel good and look good.

I know it sounds dramatic but it really did change my life. I can’t wait to try all the other colours!

There's excellent customer service, then there's 14 Day Manicure. I had an issue with one of the products and I got a direct call from the owner to resolve the issue, a brand new kit and a full refund. No stone was unturned. The owner talked me through the options to get the best possible experience from 14 Day Manicure and I'm looking forward to making the most of it going forward. The passion and dedication behind this business is abundantly clear.

Ordered yesterday and received my polishes this morning. Absolutely delighted as I planned on doing my nail today. Thank you 14 day manicure.

Love this company. Bought the starter kit from them and many colours since. Most of the colours I have bought have been amazing and will definitely use this company again and again.
Word of warning though. It seems this company don't allow low ratings on items to be published
I tried to publish a 1 star on the colour 'Hey Hun' as it is advertised as opaque when in fact it is entirely see-through. My review was never published. I have tried twice now and clicked the link in my emails to verify the review. Both times, the review was never published.
Customer services were quick to give me my money back but I would've thought they'd change the wording of the product to say it is transparent instead of keeping it as opaque description as others will now also be disappointed with it as the reviews are not visible.
After a bit of digging on the site it looks like items either have a 5 star review, or no review at all. Seems fishy to me. Looks like they may be vetting which reviews get published.
Either way, it won't make me not purchase from them again, I think it'll just make me only trust the items with reviews.
And they really do last at least 14 days. I love the finish 14 day Mani products give. My absolute favourite of all the gels I have ever tried. And I have tried a lot!

Wouldn't recommend 14 day manicure. The kit is very overpriced for what you get. The lamp is cheap with the smallest cord possible,near impossible to use it without an extension lead. €10 per polish is also expensive especially when the majority of colours don't resemble the photos and descriptions. I've left both good and bad reviews on their website for polishes but only the good ones were published. I've bought gel polishes from Amazon, 4 for €6 and just as good quality and they all resemble photos.

Customer service is basically non-existence. Prices on their website and their tiktok shop vary a lot and no explanation whatsoever when I emailed. When I called, I was asked where I got their number from when it was literally on their website. I was asked to email them and asked them to take down their number which is so unprofessional. Ordered from both their website and tiktok shop as tiktok shop was so much cheaper but my order on tiktok shop was cancelled. Again, no emails whatsoever. This has been a horrible experience.

Update: They apologised and seemed sincere to want to resolve this so I've updated my review.
