Having an old boat and an old camper conversion 12volt devils work features regularly in my life. These folk are always so helpful and knowledgeble. recent problem with split charge unit, I explained the symptoms and before I even had chance to think about it they were arranging for a replacement unit to be posted out. In the past I've phoned them to talk through problems and when they recommend a suitable product it always does the job, equally important they are honest enough to say when a product isn't quite right. Good old customer service at its best - Thanks Joe for your help today

Great selection of equipment, prompt delivery and well packaged. Have used a number of times and the parts are all good quality. Only downside is the cost of delivery seems quite high compared with what is being sent.

I gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give any lower! I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service from 12v I thought I was buying with confidence Iv saved to buy a Sargent unit which arrived damaged! There was no sign of damage to the box so it must have been done before packing!! I raised this issue to be told the damage must have been done in the installation!!! We didn’t attempt to install it we took it out of the box see the damage and made them aware straight away!!! To be told it’s my fault and they can’t assist me any further!!! That’s robbery! They have taken the best part of £200 of my money and left me with a faulty product! And not offered any solution for me at all. Please do not use this company! Shame on you 12v!!

Great advice on the phone prior to ordering and the items were dispatched quickly and arrived promptly.

I was unaware of this company until an acquaintance brought it to my attention. The product range included just what I was looking for, online ordering was simple and the prompt service couldn't be faulted. I haven't yet used the items I purchased, so I can't comment on quality, but they look fine.

From ordering of the easy to use website to receiving and using the the quality product it’s a 5 star service throughout! Excellent quality products!
The websites also contains heaps of informative articles and it’s pretty straightforward to navigate.
If you ever speak to them on the phone they are a fountain of knowledge and very helpful!

Still no signs of my package and still same story, wait another 5 days, wait another 5 days. Soon 6 weeks since I ordered the package .... Think its time for 12V planet to act and pay back my money.

Fantastic service from these guys. I have used them in the past and the service and quality of products was 100%. However, today their service was 110%, I ordered a couple of parts but made a mistake and left a couple of switches off the order. I contacted them saying I would be in touch to add the switches and pay for them over the phone. I received a very quick response saying no problem and they had added the switches FOC. Fantastic customer service and thank you.

Excellent customer service and a great range of products. They might seem a little more expensive than other places online but the quality is always top notch! You only get high quality stuff from these guys, even things like cable and crimps, which you think would be the same everywhere. They are noticeable higher quality. I have purchased quite a few things off these guys now, mostly for my camper conversion.

The products and service are consistently good quality.

I also appreciate the fact that they don't flood their stock unnecessarily - the range is concise yet varied enough to meet all needs, and what is stocked, is good quality.

Spoke to a really nice chap, I explained how lost I was and wasn't really sure AT ALL as to watt I needed, after a brief Q&A he explained to me what he thought I needed for my Solar project, soooo greatful, now all that remains is for me to wire it all together, if nobody dies or I don't set myself on fire I'll consider it a success! Thanks 12VP! Will use again. And yes im aware I've spelt "what" without the "h" it's my stupid attempt at humour :-)

Ordered a few bits and pieces and all arrived safely and in the requested time. Good range of products on their web site. I'll use them again.
