Got the part I needed that I could not find anywhere else. Excellent service and quick delivery. As it was coming from France, Shipping costs were high and I had to pay a tariff (a few dollars.) But at least I was able to get my part. Would do it again if I needed.

The customs cost was not disclosed
The customs cost was not disclosed. I undestand the US has made several changes on tarrifs the past 1 or 2 but everyother business I have purcashed from told me the customes fees OR included them in the price. I just bought an item from Australia. I knew that I had the pay the customs fees and gladly did so becuase I was expecting it.

Dear Lawrence,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand your surprise regarding the additional customs fees you had to pay upon delivery.
I would like to clarify that these charges are import duties and taxes levied by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These fees are not collected nor received by 123roulement.
Here are a few key points to help explain the situation:
International Shipping: When goods are purchased from a foreign country (France, in this case), they are subject to customs clearance according to your country's regulations.
Carrier Fees: Most express carriers (like DHL, FedEx, or UPS) charge a processing or "brokerage" fee to handle the paperwork and advance the taxes to the government on your behalf to speed up delivery.
Pricing Policy: As stated in our Terms of Sale, our prices for international orders are shown excluding taxes (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid).
We value your business and want to ensure your experience with us is as transparent as possible. Unfortunately, these government-mandated fees are beyond our control.
We remain at your disposal should you have any further questions.
Best regards, Jérémy.

No one tells you that they are shipping from overseas and that the tariffs and fees are 150% of shipping fees. $27 to ship a $20 order that has tariffs and fees of $37. There should be a notification at checkout.

Hello, Bobby:
Thank you for your comment. We ship from France, as it is the only centre we have with the selected items.
Your parcel was also delayed because it was held up at customs for a while.
However, the tracking information indicates that it was delivered on 05/01/2026, so I hope that is the case.
Kind regards, Jérémy.
