Very grateful for all your help! We had a new boiler installed on the 29th December. Helpful, straight forward, I used the 0% finance option which was also a brilliant deal as I only had to pay a 10% deposit. Engineers arrived on time, completed the work in roughly 4 hours, talked us through the new system before they left to help us understand the new thermostat. Thank you very much!

Brilliant Service!
Just had my new boiler installed. Changed a few rad valves aswell. Arrived on time, very polite, well mannered and professional. Got the job done efficiently with no problems. I would highly recommend. Absolute 5 Star service !!!

Had a new boiler installed on Friday
Had a new boiler installed on Friday. Contacted the company on Wednesday and everything was organised quickly. Engineer arrive at 8am Friday morning, installed a Viessmann boiler which the company recommended as a middle of the range (price and reliable). Very happy with the service, I will recommend to family and friends!

Boiler replacement
123heat replaced my boiler after my one become to expensive to repair. Come with a 7 year warranty installed next day and was able to spread the cost. Couldn’t fault them. Excellent service

Happy customer
My boiler kept dropping pressure James came round and resolved the problem straight away. Very happy with his work he is a friendly, reliable, professional guy. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely Team! Extremely happy with the service, 5 stars from me. I spoke to a lady called Becky on Monday and had my new boiler installed by an engineer of Tuesday. They done exactly as they said they were going to. I was sent a quote within 30 minutes which I checked and accepted, I had to pay a £500 deposit. The boiler was installed the following day and then I called to pay the remaining balance over the phone. Very happy with the service, easy and straight forward.
The only thing I will say is that I didn't realise I could have paid the remaining balance over 12 months, if this had been mentioned on the phone I probably would have opted for this finance plan.

Hot water issue
My boiler wasn't heating the water properly for about a week. It would go hot and cold constantly when ever I had a shower. Found 123 heat online and booked an appointment. I had a call from a engineer straight away to confirm my booking. The following day James the engine turned up on time as agreed and fixed the boiler within 45 minutes. Was very happy with the service and price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Just had a Worcester Bosch combi…
Just had a Worcester Bosch combi installed in my loft. The engineer was friendly, efficient and made a fantastic job of all the pipe work and he took all the rubbish away with him too.
I would highly recommend 123 Heat.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. British Gas condemned my boiler and said it was beyond economical repair. I searched online and found 123 Heat. Website is easy to use and explains everything you need to know, I filled in the contact page after picking a boiler and I received a phone call within 5 minutes. Within half an hour I had a new boiler organised to be fitted the following day. Engineer arrived at 8am, polite, fitted the new boiler and cleared all rubbish. He also explained everything I needed to know about the boiler and controls before he left. I would highly recommend using this company.

New combi boiler and three radiators fitted. High standard of work carried out, disposed of all rubbish and left the place clean and tidy.
