11Sight web application is very easy to use and does not require you to download anything for it to work.

Eleven Sight is a good meeting solution for individuals or small businesses.
You can start a meeting by giving someone a link, they do not have to download
anything, they can get to the meeting straight in the browser.
You can also put a widget on your website to give customers ability to
call you via video voice or text.
There is facility on some plans to have multi call so customer can be directed to correct department
and someone from another department can join in the call as well if needed.
Also small meetings for say 20 people can be done with 11sight.
The 3 star reviewer who was disgruntled could probably have sorted the issue out by contacting 11 sight support, the support is excellent and available straight away the 3 times I have used it, of course they use 11 sight to do the support , so you can try the software by contacting 11 sight from their website.

11sight shows a lot of promise in terms of the features and benefits it offers to end users.

HOWEVER, I would like to draw your attention to LTD they have on places like AS.

I am an early adopter on their technology. I can tell you the LTD offers you get (as early adopter) won't match the much improved and better new offers they have for new sign ups.

The earlier LTD offer August 2021 (3 tier - max available at the time):

Stack 3 codes to receive all of the above, but with the following modifications:

5 users, e-lines, & personal mtg. rooms; 1 conf. room; website superbutton;

multi-line ringing; call-forwarding; 3-way calling

The new LTD offer October 2021 (5 tier):

10 e-line addresses
10 personal meeting room addresses
90 hours of video recording included (additional hours available for purchase)

20 CNAME domains

3 tier account holders: + 2 tier ($118)

If you were upgrade as an early adopter with a 3 tier account (the previously highest available tier) to 2 more codes (for an extra $118) to stack 5 codes (the highest tier now on the new LTD), this is what you have:

4 extra users
2 extra rooms
40 hours of recording
2 CNAMEs/user

as you can see, the early adopter LTD upgrades and updates and so forth does NOT match the new LTD they are offering. They are much reduced as an upgrade option at extra cost.:

conference room address(es) are not offered as an upgrade option as in the current deal and the extra user seats don't even hit the 50% of that offered in the new LTD. And the new offer offers upto 20 CNAME domains whereas the early adopters barely get 2 CNAME domain upgrade at an extra cost.

It is something to bear in mind when getting these LTD thinking you will also automatically be offered the same features and options for any future updates.

You can invest in their technology and recommend and suggest updates and new feature requests but there is no guarantee that those features will be made available to you as an early adopter.

ElevenSight is a wonderful tool for Online Meetings, Conferences, E-Learning, etc. There are no Downloads, clients and other users don't have to log in, you can start a call by simply clicking a link. Very easy to use. Great solution!

ElevenSight is a great solution for business-to-consumer video chat. Your customers do not have to download anything in order to initiate a video call. Instead, they simply click the widget and it begins the call. So far, I'm impressed with the ease and functionality of ElevenSight.
