Outright Fraud

This hosting provider charged me for services they never provided, refuses to cancel my service, and continues to try to charge me for services that they labeled as "pending" ie. I do not even have access to the services they continue to charge me for. Stay away from this fraudulent organization.

Update: I have screenshots of 10GBHosting acknowledging my order to cancel services, the "pending" services I don't even have access to, and invoices they are still issuing for a service I canceled long ago. Their response here is not genuine.

É tudo uma farsa e enganação, abri 5 tickets para cancelar a 20 dias e ninguém responde, não dão retorno nenhum nem por e-mail, são ladrões, hackers, tomem cuidado esse Site é uma FARSA, é FALSO

It's all a scam and deception, I opened 5 tickets to cancel 20 days ago and no one responds, they don't respond at all, not even by email, they are thieves, hackers, be careful this site is a FARCE, it's FAKE

Unreliable ,save your money and time be away of them

they are charging for a service which is not supplied by them i have an account with them ,so i submitted a domain name transfer from another registrar to 10gbhosting ,but for a reason or another they could not transfer and they stop responding to my complains more over they still charged for that domain transfer which did not happen ,in the following year they have charged a renewal for that domain which never been transfer .
i made a several support tickets' at there portal without any success .

Very reliable service

Number One Source of Disappointment

When you are searching for one of the most useless web hosting provider on the planet, dont go far, just subscribe for the service and have your own share of the bitter experience.

I had to forfeite my subscriptions due non responsive services. Tickets were never attended to and services interruption. When I found that I was dealing with a liveless service provider I had to go elsewhere to restart from begining.

Not working

since few months I started facing problems with their servers like service disconnection ,no response from their technical support ...etc.
then i decided to transfer my domains out to another hosting company but unfortunately there is no option to unlock and obtain the EPP code from 10gbhosting portal , as per their rules a support ticket must be created which i did but no response so far .
now I'm stuck (since feb2,2023 until date )
I'm in very complicated situation with my clients as I don't know what to tell them .

Customer support not monitored, avoid

Signed up in 2021, both the performance and pricing were excellent. However, it soon became clear that support tickets are not being monitored and the platform is not stable.

On 19th December 2022 my VPS became inaccessible, bringing down all of my websites and losing me access to a book manuscript file I was keeping on there. Tried rebooting via 10GB's Services page for servers and none of the controls they've implemented (reboot, power off, start) seem to work.

Created a support ticket that day, and no one replied to it, in fact no one has yet replied to it today on the 27th. Thank goodness I keep server backups, I was able to restore my server contents on DigitalOcean several days later, but I still lost 10 days' worth of my data due to the outage.

They promise support that is "award-winning" and "24/7" but these are false claims. They don't respond to support tickets or indeed any customer communications at all.

I wasn't going to post a review here until they charged me twice for my latest invoice today, which is the last straw. They have not responded to any of my emails or support tickets since the 19th, so I think it is clear that this business is no longer being monitored at all.

Great VPS performance in budget. I have MVM3 VPS plan for my directory business website. Support is knowledgeable and responsive, 24/7 available to resolve my all queries. Yes, I recommend for those who need higher performance at lower cost.
