1 Diagnostic Recenzje

Fantastic guys - professional and very polite. Whole process of the repair was made easy. Thanks guys

All I can say what a reliable garage One Diagnostic has been when doing any repair work on my cars, past & present. Whether it’s minor or major it’s always been a great service, even when speaking to the manager Matthew who takes all calls when phoning through. I travel miles from Leeds to Bradford as I know I have peace of mind when the Senior Technician works on my car.
Smiles around 😄

Friendly, quick, efficient and they kept me informed about the investigation and advised. I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommended.

Good costomer service

Grâce à eux j'ai réparé ma Prius pour 150€ alors que Toyota demande 4000€ ...

I ordered a new set of battery elements from 1-Diagnostic for my Honda Civic hybrid and I installed it on 18th of September. The car feels now like a new one, because the battery it's doing its job very well.
100% recommend to revive old hybrid batteries to give your car a new life. :)

Everything went good.
Oder has been shipped quickly.
Batteries fitted and gave my 2006 Prius live back.

Efficient, knowledgable service.
Very friendly team. I can recommend 1-Diagnostic wholeheartedly.

We have a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid which was experiencing IMA and battery faults. I had been in touch with a garage for a diagnostic and then wanted a second opinion.

I came across this company and was in touch with Leon. Very nice, professional, friendly gentleman. We had agreed a price which included pre & post diagnostic to ensure the fault had been fully repaired

The car was repaired in a few days but the problem reappeared a few days later. I was in touch with Conrad and Leon who were very quick to respond and arranged to have the car taken back

We got the car back just over a week later and the problem has not reoccurred. Leon kept me updated throughout although personally I felt it was off the road too long

The repair came with a 12 month warranty and Leon also bought my mother some flowers for the inconvenience which was a very thoughtful gesture

Overall, very happy with the service and would recommend all day long

Thanks again guys

Great people to do business with I bought 10 modules and included in the package was a list of the value of each module Amp hour and when I checked it myself every one was correct I do appreciate their honesty Keep it up 1Diagnostic

Great experience. Fast, efficient reconditioning of my hybrid battery. Kept me informed and updated, and even gave me a lift to the train station once I'd delivered my car to them. Recommended.
