Our new Bosch gas oven wasn't working properly. Selby managed to work out what the issue was and replaced the relevant parts. Fantastic service and very professional and friendly technician.

we were let down 3 times on a oven repair so had no cooker for Xmas absolutely rubbish belongs to d and g repairs we have 4 items under extended warranty with them usually good but ,0800 rubbish

diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the issue clearly. Would therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Neil (Job No : 10063365) arrived well within the given 2 hour slot which was good. He was able to repair the washing machine, in a quick and timely fashion. Friendly chap with great customer service skills. Much appreciated.

Reported my faulty cooker in September. It’s now November and I’m still waiting for it to be fixed properly. Be careful of some of the engineers, I had one who was very rude. Shocking repair company!.

The pump on my Sharp washing machine had stopped working. I contacted 0800 Repair, who are a good company, and a main contractor for many firms such as Sharp and Argos. Their engineer, Selby, from Birchington in Kent, arrived very promptly and found a fault in the circuit board supplying power to the pump. He ordered a new board and, as a precaution, a new pump, which he fitted by 9.00am on his 2nd visit. Selby was an extremely helpful and likeable guy, and a very tidy worker. I can't praise him highly enough. Fantastic job!

We called 0800 to report we had no hot water from our CH boiler. The company sent out Paul Gray very quickly
and he discovered the 3 port valve was faulty.
Paul fitted a new complete valve in a short time , the valve was in an awkward position within the airing cupboard but he succeeded very well.
We will ask for Paul in the future if we have CH problems

After 5 appointments and no resolution for my washing machine I had another Appointment on 14.10.21 and the engineer had written off my appliance, still now 12 days later I have had no response from them. I have called my insurance company and they are trying to chase the report. On the phone this morning and still can’t get through to anyone. Absolutely appalling with this service

Bought a LG washing machine from Curry’s for it to break down 6 months down the line, they sent 0800 repairs out as under warranty for them to tell me it was my fault, coin had pierced the drum, parts would be ordered and they would get back to me when the part arrives. 9 days later I have to chase them up and they told me the case was closed as it was my fault. So I went back to LG and I had to pay £145 because it was my fault and I should of called straight away so they could order the part (not what the 0800 repairs told me. So after wasting 9 days already I paid the £145 and they said they’d put me on a fast track with 0800 repairs as an apology. 7 days later I find myself chasing 0800 again, more time spent on hold! they finally answer to be told that the part hadn’t even been ordered yet and they won’t be able to give me a date but it wouldn’t be at least until after 9th November (6-7 weeks after initial call)

So I decided to get my £145 back, chucked the piece of crap washing machine in the skip and bought a Samsung.

Avoid LG, avoid 0800 repairs even more, they can’t organise a simple repair on a washing machine, they do not care about their customers.

Thank you Chris (Job No. 10001899) for your excellent, speedy and friendly repair to my AEG cooker. Would thoroughly recommend for any domestic electrical job.
