Abysmal Customer Service
Sent this email on delivery date of 20th of June and got no reply from customer services.
Dear Customer Services
I have just taken delivery of the above order this morning and the order is unfortunately wrong. There is a 2nd 007 badge and the requested SPECTRE badge is missing. Please can you let me know the process of returning the duplicate badge and obtaining the correct badge as ordered. I look forward to your instructions.
Sent follow up email 29th June and again got no reply.
Have now had to raise a charge back with my bank for full order on 8th July still no reply to this action today 20th July.
Abysmal customer service.

The item was well packed and delivered…
The item was well packed and delivered promptly. All was as described. The online shop was easy to get around. My only reservation was the price - £29 is a lot to pay for a single CD. However, the product wasn't on sale anywhere else so I guess that explains the high cost.

Awful shipping on the 007 first light…
Awful shipping on the 007 first light collectors edition. I ordered it on the 28th of february and have to wait days after already waiting 2 since customs needs to clear it. I dont have a clue why they didn't ship it earlier like other retailers did so that the customers can have everything at hand and ready by the games release date.
If your a james bond fan i would recommend the site but don't expect good shipping if you live anywhere outside of the UK.

Unfortunately, once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, customs clearance procedures for international shipments are beyond our control and can occasionally cause delays as we indicate on the website.
