Carolina made my whole ordering process worthwhile. I had been super frustrated as the system had been giving me issues with placing an order, but she was very friendly, understanding, apologetic, and helped me to set things right and officially get an order in. Really looking forward to getting my new pole! :)

I have purchased 4 poles and a lyra from X-Pole now and cannot be more pleased to be a returning, long-time customer. The quality is world class and you can tell was manufactured with care and precision. I really appreciated their customer service when I recently needed it. The rep that answered my call was patient and walking through out their facility to find the person I needed to speak with! In the end, Carolina worked with me and went through hoops (ha!) to help me and resolve my issue. All the while, calm, invested in solving my problem, and efficient. It was such a rare customer service request call in how pleasant and delightful it was. Their equipment is top of the line and so are their people. I enthusiastically recommend X-Pole to my friends and students!

I had such an amazing experience with XPOLE, especially with Carolina. FedEx completely messed up my delivery and returned my package back to XPOLE due to conflicting paperwork. FedEx had it marked as being returned at my request, while XPOLE’s paperwork showed it as being returned at theirs. Even though the mistake was entirely on FedEx’s end, XPOLE still went out of their way to reship my order to me completely free of charge, even though it meant their company was losing money over someone else’s mistake.

Carolina was incredibly kind, professional, understanding, and helpful through the entire process. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they did. I’m beyond grateful for the way they handled everything and will absolutely continue supporting XPOLE because of it. Thank you times a million, again, Carolina!

Carolina is absolutely a wonderful human to start and a fabulous representative for XPole in addition. I really enjoyed working with Carolina on my order and had confidence from start to finish that I was well taken care of which is important when making a big purchase.

I bought silks from the website and when I took them out of the box I realised I wanted a different length. I emailed to ask about returns and was told they will deduct 20% from my order for 're-packaging'. Simply because one opened the transit box, a plain, cardboard, unbranded box (which is not part of the product) you get automatically get 20%, which illegal as consumers have a right to inspect and of course unreasonable.

They sent me broken equipment (the pole has a rigid cut I couldn’t use it and I reached out to them multiple times and they never got back to me. Two months never got back to me. Reached out more than once. Would not recommend.

I wish I saw these reviews before placing an order. I was very excited to get my first xpole. When it came in the mail the base that comes pre-assembled was defective. The next day I emailed them to figure it out. Xpole didn't email me back for a whole month. They said to call them. I call and no one answers multiple times on different days. I can't get in touch with anyone and its been 2 months now and I haven't been able to use the pole at all. I emailed asking if we could exchange that one part and no response. All of that money down the drain. I'm left with a piece of metal. :(

This was my first time ordering from X-pole. As one of the leading companies selling poles, I thought I would receive high quality products. I was wrong.
Multiple pole pieces were rusted inside. And an extra extension I ordered, also had a deep scratch on it.
I expected a new product, not an old rusty one with scratches.

Shipping was fast though.

They got back to me and offered a replacement of one of the pieces.
As of the rust: they told me it's 'just' surface rust and WD40 would help with that. I'm still hesistant about this. As I believe they should make sure that the rust is cleaned off before shipping so the buyer doesn't have to do it. Nowhere on their website or the manual it says that there might be surface rust. Maybe they should state this somewhere.

I'd still be careful buying from them though

I ordered on Wednesday and the pole was delivered already on Friday – super fast shipping! The quality is excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were clear and easy to understand, so the setup was straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, everything worked perfectly and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I have already purchased several products from XPole and, when it comes to making a sale, they are very quick to reply. However, I received no response to several emails I sent requesting my tax number on the invoice. Nothing, not even one reply. Very poor customer service

Carolina is amazing! She was so helpful and kind.

First couple of orders were great. All recent ones have been shocking in terms of delivery and they clearly don’t care.
E.g driver lying saying I’ve signed for goods, getting a text saying it’s due for delivery after they’ve apparently delivered it, not leaving a card when they can’t deliver it, the list goes on.
Sales team couldn’t answer what should be a basic safety question and still waiting to hear back when they eventually run the test for it.

I've bought several items from X-Pole UK (a-frame, xpert xpole pro, ball mount and insert), the products are sent very quickly and without any hassle to France.
Not only the products are great and very strong but more than everything their technical team is really helpful. They answer very quickly and give you helpful advice and help, it is really appreciable.

Nonexistent customer service. I've sent several emails and messages and got no response. If you have any issues with your item, it seems unlikely you'll get assistance.

L’emballage parfait. Instruction claire. Envoie en France super rapide ! Commandé jeudi, reçu lundi. Installation assez simple. Le plus dur - bien faire le niveau et serrer correctement (pas trop fort mais assez pour que ça tient et tourne). J’ai testé quelques mouvements simples pendant 2 jours, ça a l’air solide, ça bouge pas. Le métal (barre chromée) est de très bonne qualité.

Hit two bumps while getting my x-pole (in the UK): shipping issues (not their fault) and the bearing was stuck.

X-pole handled the shipping like pros. 10/10

Then when the bearing got stuck, I contacted support and 7 days later (after a bit of back and forth) they drove out with a new base and took the old one.

Thrilled I get to use my x-pole. Exceptionally nice folks.

I purchased a pole and had issues setting it up because of damage. I have been trying to reach support for a month with nothing but automated responses that someone will eventually get back to me. Horrible customer experience.

My pole arrived today super excited. Delivery took a 3 days and customer service was amazing when I called to discuss my order.

I ordered the A frame and hoop and have found the equipment to be of a high quality on a recommendation. I did have to contact customer suppport about my order as there was an issue which was dealth with immediatley.
I also had to cntact tech support and found the service to be brilliant......Special shout out to Spencer who was fantastic and was able to solve my problem.
I would thoroughly recommend this comapny to others.
