Several months ago I bought two extra large heart shaped canvases via Groupon. I was absolutely amazed when they arrived and I cannot remember if I wrote a review at that time hence I'm doing it now. I am not into technology so the photographs I sent were not in the correct format and I had not cropped them. The company immediately contacted me and by telephone and email held my hand throughout the process - I really am a techno phobe.
I have recently been on safari to Kenya and again have ordered (via Groupon ) three traditional canvases of different sizes. I had forgotten to identify the main image photograph. Youframe immediately contacted me, I responded and identified the said photograph. To double check it's the correct one they have emailed me the whole canvas. Even on email it's breathtaking, amazing, fabulous......need I go on. I just cannot believe how great they look and the Company are first class to deal with. I should add I am a very fussy person. Easy reliable service, I bought groupon voucher, redeemed it, sent pictures, was kept in constant contact with youframe and given lots of updates as to what was going on with my order. Order arrived within 10days and it's perfect, really well done, easy to construct and looks so good. Would definitely use again & definitely recommend.

I brought this of groupon to create a canvas for a family birthday, I'm so glad I didn't read the reviews before ordering! I placed my order on the 16th March, and submitted my photos around the 19th? from there the communication with you frame was fabulous and my order arrived today(29th) which I thought was great seeing as there was Easter bank holiday weekend delaying my order! Finally, the frame was really easy to assemble, although I would recommend watching the how to video as the instructions are a little brief! company offered tracking and provided an accurate date of when my order was arriving! Couldn't be happier thank you you frame!

After purchasing a canvas on groupon I decided to look at reviews and came across these.....! I was shocked and surprised and didn't know what to expect from this company, I ordered it all a week ago and received the canvas today!!! I am so happy with it, it truly is amazing!! And what a bargain! I would definitely recommend and without a doubt be buying another (especially as I got an extra discount off my next purchase!) I'm glad I didn't see these reviews before I ordered as it would of put me off but am so happy ❤️ Great service x

Bought a groupon for this company for personalised Christmas cards. After contacting them to see what had happened to my order, I received my cards, with someone else's picture on the front!! Someone, somewhere has a photo of my wedding as I have a father/ daughter photo, what a set of idiots. Save your money, avoid these jokers

I have purchased and ASSEMBLED over 15 photos without any issues. However, my latest frame has arrived with the canvas cut too short for the frame. Despite sending photographic proof, they have refused to replace the product and have insisted that it's my fault for not assembling the photo correctly. They claim that the canvas has been left baggy during the assembly process. The canvas is a good 2 cm too short!!! No amount of pulling and stretching will make up the difference! It's simply too short. The customer service is shocking.

I plan to take the matter up with Trading Standards as the product I received is not fit for purpose.

Don't waste your money. It takes a month to get it, the quality is super poor. Nothing like the pictures on the website.

Placed my order 6th January... the website said 3 weeks before I would receive the print.,That is now 2,5 months ago, and I still haven't received anything.
Costumerservice does not reply any emails.
Never ever go with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought their voucher via Groupon, and have ordered 2 frames on 6th January 2013, after 7 weeks one frame arrived, but the other frame still did not show up. I have been writing to them to hear about the frames, but I never got any answers from them. They send just a standard mail to respond to say, they will contact me ASAP, but they never did. They do not answer the phone, either. I think, this is very disappointing.

I bought a groupon voucher for Christmas.
Spent the extra money to "Rush" the order.
I spent DAYS of my life trying to phone customer services but never got through
It still turned up late and when it did it was shockingly bad.
It looked like it had been "designed" by a one-eyed dyslexic dog.
Even the print "quality" was appalling let alone what it looked like.
I am now in the process of going through small claims court to get my £100 back purely on principle alone.
The principle being that NO ONE has answered any of my calls, emails or letters.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

can not get in touch with them, iether on the phone, facebook or mail, and havnt recieved my order yet

I placed 2 orders in October as Christmas presents. They were extremely busy over Christmas and could only deliver 1 frame which I loved. Unfortunately the 2nd frame has still not arrived. They emailed to say it was sent on 6th January with royal mail. It is now the 20th January and i have emailed the company numerous times and get the same generic response that it should be with me soon. It's a great quality product just very disappointed that they take so long

has waited over 24 days for a canvas ive ordered!! and still havent heard from them , wouldnt reccommend to anybody !!
