I bought a marvel collector's booster box and at least 90% of the cards had frayed edges. some had corners that look like they are crimped and the foil was coming off just by normal card to card contact. I sent these pictures to wizards of the Coast because they claim to replace defective cards from the factory but they would not, so spent $600 on this premium product at collector booster box and I was told that they could not replace these cards because they were not damaged enough they have broke their guarantee, You're supposed to back your products, especially when it's a premium product with quality and they did not. personally, I think a group of us should team up together and do a class action lawsuit because they are not following their guarantee and this was not a quality product. I can't sell any one of these cards as a collector and a seller. these were worthless. I lost all monetary value to these cards. You're so if you happen to see us review and same thing happened to you please by all means contact me I will join you lawsuit. I've lost only $600 from this and though it hurts it's not worth me going to fight a big corporation by myself but with others count me In!

Bought secret lair products, the arived in a bag damaged. But they want me to open the packs to see if it is damaged. But i want them sealed as a gift.... just closed the case. Wtf. It is so expensive and their shipping and support suck!

Also bring back print on demant for secrer lair... Just f-ing Mix it with your current system. Everyone who is not lucky and get one in your "Line System" gets it mutch later via print for demant.

Als langjähriger Fan muss ich leider sagen, die Entwicklung bei Wizards of the Coast ist extrem enttäuschend. Die Buchpreise steigen kontinuierlich an, während die gelieferten Inhalte qualitativ immer weiter abbauen.

Viele der neueren Veröffentlichungen wirken unfertig, oberflächlich oder schlecht durchdacht. Ohne massive Nachbesserungen und Homebrew auf der DM seite sind die Bücher am Spieltisch kaum noch sinnvoll zu nutzen. Es ist offensichtlich, dass Mutterkonzern Hasbro D&D regelrecht ausquetscht, um maximalen Profit zu generieren und das geht massiv auf Kosten der Qualität und der Liebe zum Detail.

Mein Tipp an alle Spieler: Spart euch das Geld für die überteuerten Neuauflagen und kauft die Bücher lieber gebraucht, wenn ihr sie irgendwo findet. Das aktuelle Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach hinten und vorne nicht mehr.

I have seen that many people have had issues with WotC customer care, and I have had a similar experience earlier this year, but after sending a follow up ticket, I had my issue resolved within 2 hours.

I needed to change my display name for security reasons (used my Legal Name when I was younger, like an idiot)
The initial interaction was awful. I ended up waiting around 4-5 working days for a response, which shouldn't be the case for a serious issue like this, to only receive an email asking for more information. After replying, I had no response. Flash-forward to yesterday, I had raised the ticket at 4:21 and had a reply by 6:22 to say that the name had been changed to one of the options from my original email. Please pass my gratitude to Ella for sorting this so quickly and hassle free (and saving yourselves yet another 1 star review)

Secret Lair gekauft. Goblin Storm deck, um genau zu sein, auf der offiziellen Secret lair page. Es fehlt der Commander im Commander Deck. Ewiges hin und her seit einem Monat, jede Menge Nachweis-Fotos benötigt plus massive Zeitverschwendung wegen einer dummen 10 Euro Karte, die die Affen dann aus Amerika versenden und wieder statt Ersatz falsch als Geschenk deklarieren, damit mann ja auf gar keinen Fall die bereits gezahlte Mehrwertsteuer beim Originalkauf zurückbekommt.

SUpport ist ein Witz, ich sollte die mal verklagen, damit die Wissen wie EU-Recht und deutsches Recht funktioniert, bei Hinweisen darauf wurde gedroht keinen Ersatz zu liefern , den Service einzustellen und nur noch Kommunikation über Anwalt laufen zu lassen. Absolute ehrenlose ******* (Hier bitte Beleidigung ihrer Wahl einfügen). Was für ein abartig schlechter Service, bei Bedarf kann man sicher auch die Service Nummer hinzufügen. Sollte das tatsächlich ein Rechtsfall werden, werde ich denen 100-200 Euro für meine beanspruchte Zeit in Rechnung stellen, ehrloses Pack!

Beware, I ordered D&D starter set for my daughter's birthday. Took my money, no confirmation email (no not in spam or junk), no communication, no response from customer service, no item delivered. Customer service is appalling. They’ll make you wait 2 hours in queues for product and never actually get the product to you. But all those blue tickers on Instagram manage to get their grubby little mits on product no problem! Massive ick, shouldn’t have to waste so much time and money just to play a game I enjoy. There’s plenty of other games so think I’ll just go find another hobby.
