Wigleys has been the hidden Jem for years when it comes to DIY. If the big stores don't have it you can guarantee that they will. The staff are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If you are in the Kidderminster Stourport o'r Bewdley area and stuck in a job it's the place to go. They also have a fab cutting service for timber so if you need something cut up to transport of specific for a job they will do it on the spot no extra charge ! Even ply sheets etc.

Ordered a Hozelock automated plant pot watering system. It was a decent amount cheaper than elsewhere and as over £50 in value came with free delivery.

APC courier arrived the following day and exactly as described.

Brand new, boxed as expected.

Have used before with no problems. So decided to use again. 2 tins of Rust-Oleum easy to find on website. Prices were good and delivery price for next day delivery was very good and i knew i would receive good service. Placed my order 11am. Received Email confirmation. 7pm received received Email and text with courier. Next day, early morning received text from courier with a delivery time slot. Items arrived in time slot 11.30am. Again a perfect service you cannot fault and i will be using again. Thank you

Ordered a Hozelock reel and 30m hose (Hozelock 2434) along with a replacement multi spray gun.

Never ordered from Wigley DIY before and so glad I did. The service is first class. So competitively priced too. Ordered around 1pm and my goods were delivered by 9.30am the next morning.

Very impressive service. Having bought gardening gloves from them online, they phoned to check which colour I wanted. The gloves were dispatched the same day, arriving the following morning very well packaged. Wigley use APC Overnight couriers who are similarly impressive - see separate review for them.

Placed several orders recently and each arrived on schedule, exactly as wanted. Great help by phone staff in confirming answers to my queries. So much better than ordering from a HUGE South American Rain Forest Company beginning with A 🧐. Thank you.

I had never heard of this company before I started googling for a retailer that sold the garden hose that I wanted. I had been very let down by another company over this so was a bit desperate. I read the fantastic reviews for Wigleydiy so decided to give them a go. Oh wow, my experience was fantastic! Not only was the price over £20 cheaper than the other retailer but there was no delivery charge because the item was over £50. Also, the item was delivered the very next day - all intact and how it should be. Well done Wigleydiy - I will be using you again (and again)!

I ordered a Hozelock 7lt pressure sprayer and received the sprayer on the next working day. However, the manufacturer had included an unmarked dosing cap. I called them and the nice gentleman on the other end said that he would send the replacement cap immediately. I encountered a further problem with the lock head and instead of sending just the cap, then sent me a replacement sprayer which was extremely helpful and quick. Excellent customer service and very considerate. I have been using the replacement sprayer for almost 6 months now without any issues. I would happily purchase more from wigleydiy.

Ordered a ironing board iron sleeve. It arrived very quickly and very well packed. It was very reasonably priced. I have never bought from Wigley before but will certainly will do so again.

Ordered a Hozelock reel (without hose), arrived the next day. Box was a bit damaged although not sure if that was due to Wigley or the courier. The product was fine though and as described. Would use them again.

I normally buy DIY stuff and garden equipment from Amazon or EBay but I ordered Hozelock parts from Wigley DIY one day at 12.15pm. They arrived in original packaging at 9.30 next morning (Saturday). Excellent service. Oh yes and although they make a charge for delivery (which is clearly shown), the overall price was £2.00 cheaper than Amazon and more importantly, they actually had the items advertised in stock!! Great service, Thankyou.

Thought I'd check the Trustpilot review before purchasing and went ahead after positive reviews - was not disappointed. Ordered a new Hozelock auto reel, came the next day and all was in order. Couple of scuffs on the box but that's not an issue, product was sound. Would definitely use again, great service.

Good prices on woodturning products and great service, will ring you if there is a problem or query. Bought from many times online and items turn up 1 or 2 days later. Highly recommend

Paint delivered within 2 days. Easy to use web page, very good prices and the packing was second to none. Very impressed and I'll certainly be using them again and recommending them to friends. They also take Paypal which gives peace of mind when ordering for the first time.

Bought spray paint at an excellent price which was delivered in quick time. There was a slight problem with one can (nozzle missing).
On contacting the helpline and explaining this, my problem was rectified immediately to my satisfaction. Thank you Kevin & James, I'll be shopping again soon.
