Avoid using siansbury in white rose as the manager name kevin doesnt know how to behave customers and specially to childrens. Based on the argument we had kevin hates childrens and i bet he ties his childrens at home as well, cuz that wat he told me to do. Tie my child while im on shopping with him. Sainsbury should look who they employ as manager, i can underatand sfaff behaviours with custimers,but manager. i was manager at asda and i know how customer service works. This guy was very rude to my mrs when she caught him. Spoke to a staff at check out and he mentioned kevin is always moody, miserable and rude to the staff as well. I would never go there again. He threaten to ban me. Here you go kevin i would not want to shop in there anymore.

Lost a bag and security not helpful. Chasing for so long but same answer “Nothing”. Lost keys, cards, almost everything

Clean and busy but it’s good to enjoy shopping.its not fair to give bad review for nothing like one customer said I can with dog and they refused .
She mentioned she and her both friends disabled and both travelled 1 and half hours driving in worse weather 🤣 what kind of disabled person put their safety at risk by driving extremely bad weather for shopping with friends and for 1 and half hours driving.come on cut the crap.

Website said dog friendly so we travelled 1.1/2 hrs in extreme bad weather for a man on the door to say we could not bring a dog in, we argued we had checked website and it said dogs were allowed he was having none of it. So turned myself and my friend (both disabled) away, in the pouring rain

Needed to renegotiate my contract yesterday, ( 16/6/25), and the lovely person who sorted it out for me couldn't have done enough, brilliant customer service thank you!

Visited today fro. Garforth no jacket potatoes or certain hot food available today due to issues not explained, also no working dishwasher so paper plates, we decided after weeks of this to leave and try cafe outside newlook, terrible food at exorbitant prices, our party will stick to leeds city and won't be returning

What clueless person decided to close a large part of the Sainsbury’s car park, for road works, over the Bank Holiday Weekend, of all times? Especially as, because it WAS a weekend, nobody was actually working on site? How stupid! Couldn’t say “go away, customers, we don’t want you” any more clearly if they tried.

I recently called into the store with my four year old grandson and asked if he could have his feet measured. A very rude assistant, told me that Clark’s new policy is that the customer must choose shoes and then have the child’s feet measured! I explained that I was fully intending to buy shoes but was refused.
My other daughter was in the Clarks shop in Wakefield yesterday and had a completely different experience. The staff were lovely and she bought her daughter’s first pair of shoes.
I will go back into the white rose store and politely tell them how bad their service is.
As a teacher in a local primary school where we have a strict shoe code I certainly will be unable to recommend a visit to the white toe centre store

While in Yorkshire, included a visit to White Rose centre, great experience, free parking, bright well stocked stores, good choice of clothing and sizes available, rounded off by coffee in my favourite Costa

All weather roofline flagged my review as they reckon that it wasn’t a real experience and wasn’t a valid review. Oh it was and still is. Once we find the direct debit form we filled in when cheesy salesman came a calling I will forward it straight over. But I’m sure they can find details in their records …negative publicity always is king anyway

I have just visited White Rose 02 store Leeds and met Khaliq. He has patiently helped my 83 year old father in law move his sim package from an Android to a mobile and set up his Apple ID when he couldn’t today get this working. He was polite, patient, kind and encouraging. A real credit to your company 02 and above all a very important role model for what customer service should be. Thank you so much .
In addition security staff so polite and helpful when I initially took a wrong turn getting into the centre. An amazing experience and you have really made my day - it is good to know kindness and respect are still important in this world today.

Again expired gift card by a few days £100 and unwilling to help and clearly making money from this, as a regular white rose customer I will now be thinking of other shopping centres to use. Not happy at all

Ordered a gift card on the 23 December 2021. Paid extra for 24 hrs delivery, received it today 6 January 2022. When I checked the tracking details it came up that it will be delivered on the 5 January. Been emailing white rose yesterday, sent 4 emails.. no response. No one has been in touch with me. Don't ever order a gift card online, you will get robbed.bthey will charge you for delivery and you won't receive it on time. The worst experience I have had with white rose and will be the last time I use this service. BE AWARE.. DONT ORDER A GIFT CARD ONLINE, YOU WILL BE ROBBED AND NO ONE WILL EMAIL YOU BACK.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
White rose have blocked me for sending them emails on 15 January 2022 . They have not replied to any of my emails. The service and the staff are very poor. They are a waste of time and a joke. Rob people for the money.will never use white rose again.

Really disappointed with there Santa this year....he’s was a lovely jolly man but after our visit my little boy said “that’s not Santa because he had a mask on under his beard”
Why on earth wouldn’t he have worn it over his beard.children will stop believing after seeing that.

We were in they play area group of us and we were allowed by a women to go on this bucket swing. So security comes up and says ‘you need to get off this swing if for young kids only.’ So we said fair enough and moved on then 2 minutes later he comes up to us again and kicks us out and wouldn’t explain why he just said one of you get kicked out you all do so we had to leave. Thank you and I would like a response and a sincere apology thank you

I normally love the White Rose Centre plenty of shops, restaurants and parking. But why aren’t they enforcing the wearing of masks. I went in one small men’s shop and was only in there five minutes and in that time there were 7 people not wearing masks. I appreciate that some have legitimate reasons. White Rose get your act together and protect your customers

Went for the first time since lockdown.

Lousy day with the weather. And predicable queues to get in, which is entirely understandable. What isn’t understandable is the queue system. One bloke on the door managing the queue. Lots of people ignoring the queue and walking straight in with nothing done to stop it. Then the entry queue is stationed in lines and people are turning around to jump the lines from the back to get in. Meanwhile, over 100 people exit the centre while we carry on queuing and no one is let in for ages. No discernible counting system on the door. For crying out loud, if you value your customers, manage this better. Really poor show from White Rose. Several shops not let too. The centre used to be decent. We will be going elsewhere in future.

This is not a review about the white rose centre (which is great btw,) it’s about ‘Argos’ located as part of the centre & Sainsburys.

Terrible customer service, bad disposition & too bad advice. I bought three air mattresses on three separate occasions & all failed to keep air.
They wouldn’t allow me to take one back, as warranty expired by one day!
A manager could have allowed it, as I bought three & am down by more than £60. They still retain their profit, I’m left with three worthless items!

They tried to pass me on to the manufacturer, who passed me back to Argos “as the manufacturer only makes them, Argos get the final say” & that was no! Disappointing service, trying to pass the buck!

AVOID THE GIFT VOUCHERS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE MONEY.
My daughter recently found a voucher given from a very dear friend who has recently passed away, we didn’t realise he had bought these when he was well and obviously had spare cash, the voucher was 2 weeks out of date and they refused to help. Disgusting customer service. I’m sure they know this has never been attempted to be cashed and could give an extra couple of weeks to use. JOBS WORTH GONE WRONG...
