I cannot believe this "company" still exists. I was searching for a back-up server for our games and noticed they came up in suggestions. The first thing I noticed was the site has changed which threw me off. I figured I would log in to see what is what.
To my surprise my account is still "active" even though I have not been able to access the server since early 2020. I looked at the unanswered support tickets and multiple unanswered emails.
The end result was a claim through PayPal as a charge-back. It was given and I have never looked back; until just now.

DO NOT use them or attempt to do so. The fact they are still able to "sell" services sends a multitude of red flags up. Just a warning and my experience.

Overall I had an ok experience with this company but I do know how to run my own server and didn't really need that much support. My server was down more than you would expect it to be and the customer service was slow at best.

First ordered server, took them 4 days to activate it even after several support tickets. And now my server has been down for 4 days again, says cant connect to remote server. Sent numerous support tickets with no answer or results. Dont waste your time or money with these people.

Game server down again, last time it was for four days and same issue no support.
I pre paid for 3 months, we are near end of month 2 and the server has been down 4 times and had to be re-installed twice.
I have paid for a service that I'm not receiving and am completely aggravated.
Comapny is quick to take $$$ but unresponsive when it comes time to earn that money and provide the product for which I paid.

Pretty much constant issues with dashboard and server. Only thing that works consistently is the billing system, taking money from your bank account every month. Look elsewhere for a host.

Although Vilayer may be cheap, it's not worth the headache. Pay the little extra and save yourself from the pain which is hosting with them.

Support is non-existent, I have a feeling that every ticket just ends up in someone's junk mail somewhere. When things go wrong, there is no communication and no where to report an issue that actually receives a response.

1st CoD2.Chicago server - The server was good but the location was inaccurate. We ran a IP lookup, turned out to be in Kansas City. Two months of support and Vilayer never resolved the issue.

I decided to purchase a 2nd server hoping it would be Chicago, luckily choosing the same options at checkout as the previous server - Everything turned out great.

After closing the 1st CoD2 server and continue the 2nd CoD2 I decided to order a CoD4 server on April 7, 2021 - The server has not been setup yet (Currently 4/20/21), the support team has provided 0 responses, now I am in the process with a dispute for Paypal.

Overall I give Vilayer a 2/5 because the one CoD2 server I had out of was great. Vilayer has the worse customer service, horrible response time and I would recommend even though prices sound reasonable, steer clear of Vilayer to avoid any headaches.

If you want a provider that doesnt answer support tickets and a service that goes down for a day or 2 each week then vilayer is the company for you. Wish id read reviews before i ordered hosting with them. Stay well clear, instead of answering a support tickets they leave it for a few days then close the ticket. How this company is still in business i will never know, i have asked for a refund but as with all the other tickets i doubt i will get a reply

Je suis un client fidèle, et histoire de vous raconté quelques choses, vilayer LTD, on reçu une amande pour non service comme promis (640 euro de dédommagement ) cela veux dire que mon achat n'étais pas 100% en marche et pendant 2 mois je ne pouvais pas utiliser rien faire dessus, mais il me prélevé quand même en disent nous essayer au maximum de vous remettre vos service en marche.

The only thing working seems to be their payment system. Their services and support don't work. Has several support tickets open where the oldest is from March 26, but has not received any response yet.

Ordered server, was unreachable from the offset. Contacted via online live chat, no response. Contacted via ticket system, no response. Contacted via "emergency ticket" and no response.
Raised dispute with Paypal. Would never recommend this company.

I ordered a insurgency sandstorm gameserver for €203.49 yearly.
I paid the amount through PayPal. But the server interface wasn't updated since a while. So a lot of stuff wasn't able to do, mods and many more.
I instantly opened a paypal dispute and told the server wasn't as described (fully customizable and controllable).
As soon as the dispute got opened, my service got suspended and terminated (after 48 hours). Lee (CEO of Vilayer) asked me to close the dispute and helped me for a day, setup some startup parameters etc. Somehow my service got suspended and terminated again after 48 hours. So I only got 96 hours of service.
Since Lee asked me to close the PayPal dispute I couldn't open a new one.
I contacted Lee several times through Livechat, support ticket and discord.
I never got any answer since March 24th (7days).
Lee basically robbed me and I will tell this story everywhere me and my friends and family can if I'm not getting a refund.

This is a scan they don't reply to you when I ask for refund back so don't buy this host server ever again their network are not good it took forever to load in the maps it waste of money don't buy it this is a SCAN waste of hour. It also seem like he is use it money by his self it Truth. Don't fall for that for good feedback of their it probably fake

It is impossible to actually get hold of any support staff from this company. I submitted a ticket asking for a refund for my service, which I never received a response to. Any tickets I opened were never actually answered, and just kept being auto closed after a couple of days. I tried emergency tickets (which they claim is 24/7 support) and complaints, but I never received a response to those either.

I've tried to be patient with this company but since I cannot get a response from them I'm more than likely going to be submitting a PayPal dispute now to get my money back. Unless this company drastically improves, I would avoid them at all costs.

I was looking for a server host that was affordable and easy to use UI. And boy, did I find that! This server hosting is amazing.

Very good server specs its lag is at a minimum and connecting to it is surprisingly fast an easy very rarely lags (almost never) one of the (if not the) best server ive used
