UKVSI & FCDO are extremely poor. They allowed my ex partner re entry to UK, Mrs Somphon COOKE now residing in plymouth within the Devon & Cornwall force area. COOKE took my son out of UK to THAILAND during 2021 and FCDO recorded parental child abduction against her. UKVSI has allowed her to return August 8th 2026, FCDO refusing to answer questions, UKVSI also refused. No courtesy email back from either. DEVON & CORNWALL Police advised, they advised me to report to DYFED-POWYS Police as this was where original offence was recorded, who in turn said they will not act on the offence. Very poor policing from both forces, FCDO & UKVSI. Despite being a victim of crime no action taken by all parties.

Imagine working hard and saving your money and finally decides to go on a vacation, to visit your sister and was detained by immigration, because they think you are to young to buy a ticket for $4000+ dollars. Was questioned,searched and scanned more than 5 times,nothing was found. Answered their questions truthfully only to be treated like a criminal afterwards, they took away your phone,wasn't allowed to contact your sister or anyone. Was sent to a detention center and was told you would be going back to your country the next day. This is what my younger brother had to go through in you guys country all cause he wanted some rest and to spend time with his big sister. A young 23 year old who's being working hard since he finish school,all he wanted was to see your country and thats the treatment he got. Smh....then you guys wants to come to our little island and be treated like kinds and queens.....smh

I applaid for tourist visa for concert in UK for 2 day stay for September, got refusal because ,when asked where are you staying, I said hotel near concert venue. Ok I have not booked hotel in advance, my bad. I applaid again with agancy,with complete documents, booked hotel, concert ticket, my financial status, my firm turnover for past year, my ticket for concert in December in another country…They mix my firm turnover for past year with my personal salary and said how it is possible to increase my salary in such little time, also another reason, because I live with my parents. My firm turnover and my salary is not the same! I think they don’t look documents, they decide randomly

Requested refund before two months ago, no use and i have to keep calling every 10 days to escalate. Thanks for the wonderful service and giving me stress. A very good service from a developed country.

I have just tried their paying online information service, they came back with some copy and paste from their website, not even relevant to my query, which they obviously did not read. They also told me in their reply that they could not answer my query but did not offer a refund.
If that had been an AI generated reply, it would have been more relevant. What I got back for my money was a standard reply that could have been written by anybody passing by. What a way to generate money from the government!

Unfortunately my experiences are full of trauma. UKBA HOME OFFICE should have Values that other Countries are giving Values our Immigration Status or Immigration proofs. BRP stopped given whereas other Countries Immigration Services aren't bothered to excepted this changed new rules in 2025. HOME OFFICE SHARE CODES opening their systems and working with the UKBA they don't have the access. Very simply they don't have their Immigration processes to allowed Without BRP which being used to long long years BRP CARDS Systems as I had aswell all the times. BRITISH PASSPORT not having this issues but Without BRITISH PASSPORT yes this is very serious issues. LABOUR PARTY has been taken their Roles since 2025 but unfortunately no progress for any updated good feedbacks. HOME OFFICE Currupted and causing Residents lives complicated unnecessarily creating issues. Evils works is more valued than meaningful respectful works. Covered up by the darknessess abusive intentions. They have lots their good reputations or humanities. Each per Political parties just lies and published false manifesto just to taken the Chairs then all they do same things. BRP CARDS good to have again newly issued for all Residents again please. PR or BRITISH CITIZENSHIP nothing will be ever brought up daylights in UK but at least we will have access to another Countries bit of Values. Thanks indeed.

My application was not properly reviewed. On every point cited in the refusal, I had submitted documentation that directly contradicted the decision-maker’s conclusions. My application was mishandled due to staff negligence.

The decision incorrectly stated I had a “sponsor” providing accommodation or support, when all expenses were covered by my personal funds; supporting documents related to others were only for context or ties evidence.

The assessment of my finances ignored multiple bank accounts and statements I provided, which clearly demonstrated sufficient funds for my trip.

The decision disproportionately emphasized a distant connection to my fiancé’s mother in the UK, disregarding my strong lifelong economic, familial, and social ties to China.

All attempts to address these issues with UKVI have been met only with automated responses, suggesting that UKVI has no formal obligation to act fairly or impartially, and can dismiss applications from fiancés of British citizens without meaningful consideration.

I followed the process diligently with NO mistakes and within a week I received my passport from UK Visa Application Centre. Yippeee. . . . until I found they, (UK Visa/VFS?), made an error with my entry date.
VFS Global was notified immediately, via the website, and I received a bizarre email indicating that a decision was made by the UK Visa App Centre and I would be notified to collect my passport. HUH???
Backwards and forwards with no-one actually doing a bit of homework to look on their system where the fault occurred. Copy, paste and send their communications to them. HUH???
After 5 weeks I am still waiting for someone just to make a correction - WHAT IS THE ISSUE?? I have 2 days before I fly, and they now say I must wait for 15 working days. What for?????
I have paid for flights, accommodation, concert tickets, trips. A year's planning went into this.
Work productivity has been affected with my endless communications each day. No sleep and utter frustration dealing with automated response messages.
I have now approached my local MP to assist.
Question: At what point did the mistake occur? Where to lay the blame? At this point I don't really care.
Just give me a correction letter, I am certainly not asking for much. . . . . . . Maybe a business class ticket on the plane?

Base on my experienced was oct 7,2025 at uk immigration Heathrow airport was amazing. the guy who assists me counter 22 i impressed with him.with all my heart.i don't know what's his name really his a good person.as it is im a Filipina who had no idea how it goes i just booked my ticket from philippines going back to Germany. in short i choose the very cheapest ticket.from Philippines to China ,china to london ,london to berlin.honestly i was scared i don't have any idea about rules and regulations without any cent of pounds when he told me i need to buy my bus ticket going to another airport. he mean that I need to going to London Stansted airport.i was shocked bcoz i have only peso and my online banking is not working that moment and my card also i forgot to bring it.from my daughter bcoz when i was in the Philippines i let her to hold my visa card.thats why that moment i tried to call my daughter in Philippines.when the immigration told me that i need to buy a ticket going to london Stansted airport.i almost cried bcoz i know myself that i don't have money. but he helped me without any hesitation.i impressed by their action as a human being.hes a good example and a good person.i wish to know his name.anyway sir with all my respect, salute thank you so much for explaining me everything.lesson and learned that before you click and booked the cheapest ticket check it first.anyway i already here in berlin safe and sound.

Need to update my eVisa and with my previous experiences and tipoffs from others, i was expecting for at least 2 months but got all solved within a week. I even marked on my calendar in November to call the hotline in case i forgot, but all were solved via a brief chat on the UKVI website. It's a good sign and hope it keeps. Thanks.

I was traveling to Turkey and we had a layover in London Heathrow I was able to get an electronic travel authorization for me although the first time I was ripped off by another company so watch out for companies that want to charge you more than $20 for your electronic travel authorization. But it told us that we needed to visit a location it never said we needed to call them and you can't even call them because when you call them if you hit the number one for visas and then they give you another option for visas and you have to hit two then they tell you you have to pay $0.69 a minute you talk to somebody yet they're the ones who forced you to talk to somebody and they don't want to allow you to do the electronic Visa we drove directly there and the security guard handed my wife a piece of paper with a website on it one side for electronic travel authorizations which I used and the other side for electronic visas. When we checked if my wife who's originally from Ecuador needed a Visa it said she didn't when it's we went to check for Visa and she didn't need a travel authorization either there was no way for us to get a Visa without going to the consulate and the consulate doesn't give you any way to schedule an appointment to go to the consulate and it doesn't tell you you need to schedule an appointment with the consulate on the website and doesn't give you a method to do so obviously they're not there to help anybody cuz there's no way to talk to a live person and there's no way to visit them to straighten out a problem and they have a security guard downstairs to make sure you don't so I call this the helpless office in fact the lady who was supposedly the security guard gave us misinformation. Did I tell you you need to make an appointment but they don't give you a process to do this and the paper that the woman gave us was incorrect information but we don't have the correct information and when we went to the airport after them telling us we didn't need it with a screenshot of that they would not let my wife fly and I couldn't cancel my wife's ticket because we were on a ticket together so although I was scheduled for surgery I couldn't go and it screwed up everything I will never fly through England again. They were supposed to give us a live appointment where they did fingerprinting and took a picture of her and whatever else but there's no process in order to do that. And in order to go and schedule it you have to pay $.69 a minute and they mandate this yet there's no rhyme or reason. All this for a 4-Hour layover that we would have had and only transferring from one plane to another cuz we had carry on luggage. Just to stop in an airport in England.

Pure scammers. Applied for a short tourist visa, my passport has been sent to them and was held there for nearly 1.5 months, well over the promised processing time of 2-3 weeks. Not a single update on what is going on, absolutely impossible to reach anyone in this scam house, unless paying here and there for calls and emails that won’t help anyhow but to drain more money out of the customers. Let alone visa and biometrics fees. Of course, one can go ahead the line if willing to pay 500£ or 1000£ is an option. If not? Canceled application and tons of begging to return at least the passport, plus wasted money for the application, biometrics fees, and wasted money on the flight tickets.
Legalized corruption at its best.
My advice is not to subsidize this scam scheme, they do everything to make the country less attractive for tourism.

Most pathetic services. Its been 2 months since i am struggling with them to get the biometrics slot for Schengan visa from Manchester or London. Already paid initial deposit to them. They initially booked for Italy. Just 2-3 days before the appointment they told that it got cancelled by their team because of some mistake. They then told lets go with Spain as we have slots. I was fine with that.. it’s been 3 weeks still no confirmation.. i am really fed up…

I have posted same feedback in their social media channels. Rather than calling me to understand and fixing my problem, they have blocked me. Wow.. What a customer service..

Desphite writing a 100times they have my wrong status on their systems. I had a settled status since 2023 and they still can`t update their systems, it reflectes as pre-settled. All they do is send the automated copypaste emails.

Border Force. Criminals. Assisting offenders entering the UK by bringing them ashore. Should be fined like truck drivers for assisting offenders

Disgraceful.2 times I have called re a visa application for my wife and they literally have no shame..they will put you on hold in an attempt to get rid of you off the line..surely staff working at home and cannot be bothered in the slightest to provide an any sort of customer service.an absolute disgrace of a public service that we are paying for in the form of a very large sum of money for a visa application. Shambolic.shame on you..

Uk border control are the most racist personel i ever seen, last time i come visit that shitty country they think they are in heaven or something happy to be back in the main land and never again, rude and racists nothing more to say
