I was surprised when I received an email from Hughes Electrical, I thought two washer/driers delivered were being delivered on the dame day. One from Tribal and one from Hughes. Checked and found I had only paid for one. Good service, kept me informed of the delivery time, unloaded and left. No problems.

Ordering was easy. Updates on delivery was excellent. Delivery spot was one hour my order arrived within that hour. Delivery was free and I was given several delivery days and even on the due date I was given the option to alter. For the product I wanted this site was the cheapest. This was the first time I have used this company it wont be the last. Thank you

Have not bought from here before but when I found a TV I wanted they where the cheaper so I placed my order an from start to finish it was an excellent service TV came on the day I put down and time all worked no damage from delivery will buy from them again with Peace and mind of a great service cheers guys

We really liked that Hughes kept us informed at every stage of the process, the delivery times were stated and within a narrow time-frame and the delivery driver even texted us to say he was on his way. Outstanding service and we'd use you again!

Ordered an item and eight weeks later I'm still waiting.
I was initially told there'd be a short delay in delivery, which was fine. Each week I'm given a new date on which my item will 'definitely' be available for delivery to be arranged, so I call back, and I'm told that they've no idea who gave me that date, but it's wrong and the new date is in 10 or so days time, so I call in 10 days and well, you can guess what happens then. Round and round we go. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Kept me informed about delivery day and time, excellent service, would definately use again and recomend to others

I needed a new tumble dryer so took to the net, the model I wanted was cheapest with tribal but I had never heard of them before. I decided to order anyway, not only was it the cheapest I could find but I also received a further 2% discount and free delivery. Tumble dryer arrived at 0730 with a phone call prior to delivery. My first experience of using tribal has been superb and I will definitely be using them again, top marks

Found a specific Samsung tv that I wanted. Everywhere had the same price but tribal UK had it for£50 less. I had never heard of tribal UK, so I interrogated their website thoroughly beforehand. I was pleased to find they were part of Hughes direct, a reputable company. The price was great. Tv was exactly as expected. However I found the lack of communication frustrating. The only confirmation I had was a PayPal confirmation email and then an email the day before delivery. I would like more specific delivery information like amazon, such as delivery slot.

Ordered DAB radio on Saturday, delivered in 3 days on Tuesday. Immediate no-quibble replacement due to manufacturing fault with collection of faulty radio at no cost. DPD courier with accurate one hour delivery slots.

Placed an order, they took the payment then nothing....no one contacted me to say the item was not available....almost two weeks on and still nothing......RUBBISH!!!
Hallelujah!! Finally it arrived.....I think communication with the customer would be a bonus :)
