Ordered a Bose A30 headset after looking around and being told by Bose they were not in stock for over a month. Super quick service from the team at Transair, ordered on Thursday and they arrived on the Monday. Thank you.

I purchased a Bose headset from Transair using the Bose Professional Pilot discount, which meant ordering via email rather than directly through their website. Ed was very helpful throughout the whole process and the headset arrived in 24 hours from sending the payment. Overall a very smooth experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

After having made a mistake in an order one evening (ordered an item smaller than required), I immediately followed the procedure to cancel the order with an explanation. I also emailed that evening with an apology and request to cancel the order. The very next morning, the item was marked as despatched. I emailed again and was told that was sent in error and a refund would be received in 2-3 days. I only recieved a partial refund, almost 20% less than I had been charged for the order. This is pretty poor.

Ordered Mobile 28 grease on Friday and it came Monday morning. Great!

Ordered on Saturday with a 24 hour delivery, it’s Wednesday and not received anything yet. Checked the tracking code and it’s not even despatched...

I had small international shipment sent to Central Asia, they use DHL.....ever so quick (5 days in my hand)...amazing!! Also their customer support is second to none!

I had ordered a life vest which was delivered in Cyprus in time without the co2 bottle, had the plastic safety pin broken as well as the pull tab lanyard missing.
There was a note inside informing me that they could not supply the canister due to airline restrictions.
I have twice emailed them and had no reply up to now.
I find it unacceptable not to inform you on this before you place the order as well as the fact that the cost of the canister not to be deducted from the amount paid.

Habe eine Andalusien Rundreise bei Merkur gebucht. Hotel und essen in Madrid sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Essen in den anderen Hotels, Halbpension war bescheiden. Ordentliche Auswahl, aber leider in Qualität und Geschmack sehr bescheiden. Wie hatten einen Reiseleiter, ein älterer Mann, sehr klein aber oho! Er war sensationell, war bemüht, sehr viele Infos, zeigte uns mehr, als angeboten war. Sensationell! Sollten Sie eine andalusienreise bei Merkur buchen, fragen Sie nach Antonio! Sie werden es nicht bereuen. Bei der alhambra und die mesquita, hatten wir andere Reiseleiter, einfach super! Wie gesagt die Halbpension ist nicht besonders, aber der Rest, war ausgezeichnet. Tolles preis Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Reiseleiter. Im ganzen betrachtet, super!

You charged £4.75 delivery for a small book sent by post. Too much. the stamp and packaging would have been less than half that.
