They did not like my original review, so here is my updated version.

I found the level of customer service lacking.

Do not buy from them, liquidated company that takes your money and does not send product!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed my order for £150 on 8/1/15 expecting delivery in 2-3 days. No mention of going into liquidation!!! Good thing I paid by credit card. This is fraud in my book and totally unacceptable practice.

Only says liquidated if you listen to their switch board message for 10mins....

Paid for my tiles on line last weekend, got email conformation of my order and payment. I have been waiting for my tiles to find out the company has gone into liquidation. The website is still up, please don't order from it.

We ordered 40 square meters of brighton linear tiles at a cost of £441.12, the order confirmation never arrived however neither did the tiles, we luckily paid by credit card and were able to claim the money back from our card provider, this company obviously no longer is trading but is still taking orders...Beware!!!!
We have now managed to get our tiles from a website called TILE HQ whos customer service was excellent, the tiles were actually cheaper too, they even put up with my constant phone calls as my experience with Tile supply had left me doubting online purchases, they sell all the same tiles and are not cowboy rip off merchants like tile supply!!!!! Avoid Tile supply...TOTAL CON ARTISTS!!!!!

Ordered tile grout never received it tried to contact them via both email and telephone but never got a reply or answer on the phone. Had to order elsewhere where I got it cheaper and next day delivery.

I placed an order on 13/12/14 which was processed on 15/12/14 and my money was paid from my account same day. The company at that time must have known it was about to enter receivership but carried on taking orders on their obviously automated system. I only discovered that the place had been padlocked up since before Christmas when I contacted a next door business. I have contacted Trading Standards to advise that they were still taking orders so hopefully this will now stop. VERY BAD SITUATION AS PEOPLE DEPEND ON PLACING ORDERS TO COMPLETE THEIR PLANS FOR THEIR DIY SO WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY NOT A SURPRISE THEY ARE F*****D!!!!!!!!

Placed an order on 3 Jan, not heard a peep since, no email not taking calls, make me think they have done a runner

The samples ordered didn't arrive, even after the order period had passed by several days. I requested a refund but still have not had a reply.

Thankfully I didn't place the large 80sqm order with them for the main job!

!!AVOID!!

I paid for delivery express and one week later, I'm still waiting for the tiles. I sent an email to Tile Supply, still no answer.

Ordered £450 worth of tiles on December 5th, paid by Paypal and promised delivery in 2-3 days. On December 17th, I actually managed to speak to a lady who told me they would probably 'go out' on the 19th. After that, I heard nothing more, unable to contact them by phone and they don't respond to emails. Last week, I contacted Paypal who promised I will get my money back. i would not go near this company with a barge pole. Avoid like the plague!

No tiles delivered and cannot contact.

Gone to walls and floors got the same tiles delivered next day.

Very disappointed with this service. I have purchased from them before without a problem but left completely in the dark with my latest order...

I ordered some tiles from Tile Supply on 23rd December 2014. As it was the Christmas period, I wasn't too concerned that they didn't arrive within the 2-3 working days promised since the definition of working day can vary at this time of year. However, once the New Year arrived, I tried to contact them to find out when I could expect delivery or if there was a problem with the order as the money had not been taken from credit card.

I emailed them twice and they did not reply to either one. I then tried phoning them on multiple occasions over the course of the last week but was met on every attempt by a voicemail message telling me they were not available and to call again. I also tried their online query system during this time but again they have failed to reply to me.

Today I have sent them an email to cancel my order but I am left in limbo because, as they do not reply to emails or answer their phone, I can't be sure that they will follow my instruction.

I certainly would not use this company again - the lack of communication and the uncertainty surrounding my order is causing me some worry and if they do take my money (which they haven't at this point of time), I don't know how I could get it back as it is impossible to communicate with them.

Payment taken for order back in December but no tiles received. I have tried to contact customer services by telephone and email without any success. Looks like I'll have to claim a refund from my credit card company. Do not use this company!

Ordered and PAYED for samples tiles and haven't come shocking service!!!! Iv seen that everyone has been having this problem!!! We all want are MONEY BACK.

I ordered a sample tile on 18 December. I realise that this is the Christmas period but as the tile had not been received by 5 January I sent an e-mail enquiring the position. 3 days later I have not even received an acknowledgement of my e-mail.

Ordered on 16th December, money taken from account on 17th, confirmation of order being 'processed' on 18th December and then nothing, no communication or delivery. After numerous attempts to phone and email, with no success, I have given up any attempt to get my order and have passed this on to my bank to deal with. I am not one to leave bad feedback but in this case I made an exception and they only get one star as that is the least you can leave. Avoid this company at all costs.

Order never fullfilled. Had to put in dispute to bank as neither email nor muliple phone calls over a course of three weeks got me through to speak to anyone. Very lousy scam.
