I have been using the Advanced Driver updater and my experience with systweak has been good so far. The software was easy to set up and I was able to start using it without any hurdels. I like the interface of it, which is simple and easy to use. It hpled me to find old drives and update them without any issues. The backup option is also useful in it before updating the drivers. I have used many other software of systweak software all are good.

I would like to especially mention Systweak PDF Editor and Advanced System Optimizer for keeping my files and pc organized.

Do not purchase this software without checking your bank statements closely. Systweak and their payment processor (PayPro Global) engage in highly deceptive bait-and-switch billing practices. When I bought Duplicate Files Fixer and Duplicate Photo Fixer, it was presented entirely as a one-time software purchase on their storefront. However, I was secretly enrolled in an automatic annual subscription that charged me a year later without my consent. There was no clear warning or transparent disclosure of recurring charges at checkout.

Aside from the fraudulent billing model, the software itself is incredibly mediocre. It is slow to scan, misses obvious duplicates that better programs catch for free, and feels like a bloated utility rather than a premium tool worth paying for once—let alone every year.

Save your money and your time. If you do make the mistake of installing this, keep a very close eye on your credit card for unauthorized recurring charges. I have already demanded a refund and will be filing a chargeback and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's more like a value for money solution. Although some following features still not available,
1. CTRL+F search tool still not available
2. for e.g., if i have 15 JPG docs to be converted to single PDF, it's cumbersome. As first each JPG to be converted to individual PDF and then all those PDF to be merged into single PDF doc. Whereas in Acrobat, only one JPG to be converted to PDF and then remaining 14 JPG can be added to it by "Insert Page". This will save lot of time.
3. OCR operation changes the Fonts so editing & playing with the text in that doc will be challenge.

I have no space in my PC and I don't wont to loss my any pictures then I found this product and this one provide all the duplicate photos and similar photos also in one shot, and after that I can able to free my 30% space in my computer.

Fake! Avoid at all costs. I lost all my data after installing Pilot Updater.

Buyer beware. I wanted a simple app to organize and delete duplicate files. Photos, documents, etc. What I ended up buying was an app that deletes 15 files, then prompts you to buy the pro version for more money. Before you're you'll end up with three or more software products you didn't want or need.

They did refund my money, thankfully. I did activate the product and even tried to uninstal/reinstall/active with no success.

After posting my opinion (review) reporting serious issues with unauthorized charges, useless software, and deceptive billing practices, Systweak didn’t address a single concern. Not one. Instead, they sent me a robotic message saying my subscription was “deactivated,” as if quietly canceling me somehow fixes the underlying problems.

This is the customer‑service equivalent of hanging up the phone.

I didn’t ask for a cancellation. I asked for answers. I asked why I was being billed for things I never purchased. I asked why their software doesn’t work as advertised. I asked why their tools behave like nagware instead of legitimate utilities. Their response? Shut down the subscription and pretend the conversation is over.

This is not support. It’s evasion.

A company that refuses to acknowledge its own failures is a company that cannot be trusted. Systweak’s entire approach feels like a deflection strategy: avoid accountability, avoid refunds, avoid explanations, and hope the customer goes away.

If you’re considering any Systweak product, take this as your warning. The moment you raise a real issue, they won’t fix it—they’ll just cancel you and call it a resolution.

Fantastic software, great software and some really helpful features. For first time users its a little struggle however after a few uses the UI becomes more easy to understand. We installed this across our locations in India and its running seamlessly. The remote admin tool is special for us so we can transfer licenses in and out easily without wasting licenses and time.

I’ve had a very good experience using Data Recovery Tools by Systweak Software.
