Been ordering of this company since around 2009,mainly blank media & ink cartridges etc.Must have at least 15,000 discs (AND had less than a handful fail) I have searched endlessly to find cheaper anywhere online..they will not be beaten on price.
Quick delivery also,usually within 3 working days with standard delivery (I'm sure there was option for next day but I never used that).
Never had an issue as in monies taken from my account off them.
Not sure what they are like with other items such as electriclal refurbished products though.
Would have given extra star but they seem to have let stock run so low items I usually get from then are always out of stock with no other options even of similar.
This is maybe cause of sales of blank media has fallen drastically since streaming age but I still like to have anything I want to rewatch in the future safely put on to data disc.
I really need to find another supplier because they stop making DVD-R/DVD+R/DVD DL for good

What to say? Daniel Loncar, Sofia Stanford, Markus Jansen and a private housing at the address 38 Norwood Drive, Harrow, England, HA2 7PE (Google maps streetview).

They presented three various documents signed by the ICC, Internation Court of Arbitration, with a ruling that I hade a siginficant amount of money that had been recovered. I just needed to pay court fess (clerks and administration) of approx 700 EUR. I ended up talking to the legal department at ICC headquarters in Paris. There is no partnership between SVP and ICC, IT*S A SCAM.

Even though this was my conclusion Sofia Stanford got really upset and blamed me for everything possible. Interestingly enough she was trying to pursue charges in adherence with my signed agreement with SVP, an illicit document. Sofia also presented "her" passport, issued in Finland.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS - THEY'RE A SCAM AND NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!

If possible, I would leave 0 stars for this company.
I'm leaving this review not because of a recent purchase, but because yet again, their non-existent data security means I am being bombarded with malware laden spam to the email address I originally registered solely for them. Over the years, I have had 1000's of these emails.
They were originally in Paignton, Devon the last time I purchased items from them, and were very very good.

They were taken over by a 'company' in Scotland, who hardly have a single Brain cell between them.
No address on their website (illegal) or contact telephone number (also illegal) and as others have said, their customer service is now hopeless.
If you value your money, and your data security, stay well clear.

Too bad I cannot pick a Negative Star review for these clowns. SVP they are a bunch of clowns with Terrible customer service. I purchased some stuff online from them my order was confirmed on November 26/2023 with instructions for pickup at their store. Well today is December 05/2023 and my order is still not ready for pickup. They advertised a order pickup timeline of 2-5 days and its past with NO email confirming order is at their store for pickup. I called their customer service 3 times and all I got was BS apologies nothing else. They took my money on November 26 and still have not confirmed ready for store pickup. This company and their Customer Service staff are a bunch of clowns providing only excuses. Do yourself a fovour and buy you stuff from another company DO NOT buy from SVP.

I bought a Samsung smart watch about six weeks ago. Got it set up and working great, but then a couple of days ago, on Saturday, the screen went black and it stopped connecting to my phone. I emailed SVP support on Sunday and asked what I should do and they sent me out a pre-paid returns label on Monday morning.
I boxed it up and sent the watch back that day and it arrived at the end of the day Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, they told me they had it working again and would send it back that afternoon. However, I was concerned that the issue may reoccur and that I would not be able to fix it myself so they offered me a refund, which I accepted. The refund was issued this morning (Thursday).

I found the professionalism and service of SVP to be amazingly good over the last few days. I've bought a few things from them over the years and this will ensure that I continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Placed an order on Thursday and paid for next day delivery. After 4 days my order had still not arrived so I created a ticket making them aware of the situation. Product finally arrived but they have not yet responded to the query that I raised 3 days ago, Terrible service all round.

I will not be using them again

Update: It is now over two weeks since I contacted them and I have still not received a response. They were quick enough to take the extra money I paid for next day delivery though.

Very bad company to deal with. They sent me the wrong order and when i complained that this is not what i ordered, they just said to return at my cost. I asked to send me the prepaid label to return the wrong order and after 30 days i still waiting for my label and they keep saying that they did sent one to me. Now i will have to return this at my own costs. Avoid this company

Fast and Efficient.

Insecure site. I like the others leaving reviews, had my password splashed all over the net, along with blackmail emails.

I would never use this company again.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review.

I've received a ransom email showing a password that I only ever used with SVP.

I see that one other person has written a review saying the same thing and I found a further instance with a quick Google search.

Slightly bemused by the bad reviews here? I have been using SVP for around 5 Years now, only once had a problem and this was rectified quickly and efficiently. I find the customer service really good, their prices on blank media are simply unbeatable and delivery next day has always been here as expected. The only time I shop elsewhere is when the items I use regularly are out of stock, a brilliant company in my opinion!

Leaving a bad review. They obviously got hacked, either recently or years ago.

I get those scam emails that say "your password is ***** and we've recorded you watching porn". The scam emails are sent an email address I've only ever used for SVP and also showing my SVP password.

Bought a number of lap tops and net books. All were just as described & some in the original packaging. Had a problem with one net book but easily sorted out. They sent a return label I boxed it and off it went to return fighting fit in a couple of days. I'd say customer service was excellent.

Brought both children a laptop. Was ex display and stated excellent nearly new, and so they were. Great value, really pleased.

Used for years with NO ISSUES
I've used these for must be over 10 years and Its been all good.
You get an odd fail on a disc here and there but that's not the company.
I bought a surface pro from them which was a display model and I was over the moon. Box was tatty which worried me at first but once opened it was new. Not a single mark and £700 better off.

I would be happy to recommend SVP. Ordered a tablet on Monday evening. Received email Tuesday morning to say it had been processed for dispatch. Tablet was delivered by the courier on Wednesday by a day early. The tablet was described on the website as being ex-display A+ grade from a major retailer, and it certainly is in perfect condition. Other people seem to have had problems, but my purchase from SVP has been top notch.

Great customer service. They replied promptly and goods where received on time and as stated
