A Scam Of A Company
I put an order in December of 2021.
Not only did I NOT receive my order nor any information regarding my order, but in attempting to contact customer service to complain, I was notified that the email address either was not "working" or didn't exist!!
A totally inept and fraudulent company!

Great Service
Item arrived very quickly, although in a much larger box than necessary. Toy is for a birthday present so can't comment on that at present.

Tip Top Service!
REally quick delivery and the item was exactly what i ordered. Also i made a massive saving on the retail price of the lego set....i saved over £40!! I will definately use supertoys again without doubt.I admit to being nervous about using supertoys,mainly because they are not based here in the uk...but my item arrived very well packaged and within a week.

Very easy to use web site and LOTS to offer. I would check this website for price as it is the cheapest. Ordered Lego and arrived in time, no mistakes and glad I saved money.

Could not care less unapolgetic staff, poor stock system.
Unreliable but legitimate company.
Seem to spend most of their time proccessing refunds.,
Their staff need customer service training.
Stock systems need updating.

Our stock sytem works fine. If you order more than we have in stock, a notification is shown. If you then choose to ignore this and order anyway, we may have to cancel and refund the order if we are not able to restock the item in question within a few days.
