Suntek est une arnaque!
Commande éffectuée le 13 juillet 2026 pour un rafraichisseur d'air 3 en 1. Lors de la commande il est précisé que la livraison se ferait entre le 17 et 18 juillet. 159 euro payé. Mail avec numéro de suivi le 14 juillet tout semble bien se passer. Le 17 juillet pas d'info ni le 18. Le 21 juillet un mail afin d'avertir que le colis est en route et un lien est joint au mail ou il faut télécharger l'application Shop. Àpartir de là on se rend compte de l'arnaque car l'appareil est recensé en Chine dans un lieu de stockage. J'ai fais des recherche et le même appareil est en vente pour 22€82 sur TEMU. Plusieurs tentatives de joindre cette "boutique Suntek" par mail appel téléphonique et silence complet! Le 28 juillet le colis est finalement arrivé et Déception l'article ressemble plus a un jouet qu'un appareil de qualité. 159€ pour une M.... qui au bout de 2 jours ne fonctionne plus. La Cerise sur le Gâteau il y avait une carte de remerciement de la Maison Lumeye pour remercier de la confiance. Je les ais contacté et ne connaissent pas Suntek!!! Nous avons dû commander une prise avec accès USB et un nouveau câble USB. FUYEZ CETTE BOUTIQUE!!!.

Un mois après pas de nouvelles vous devez leur courir après quand il veulent bien vous répondre sans être incapable de régler le problème

I purchased a hard drive from these guys, after 2 hours it failed and I lost 104 valuable files, the drive is now useless. They had the cheek to offer me a £5 refund and keep the useless drive!
As with many eBay suppliers they make it look like they are in the UK, even the trading name suggests that, but are in fact in China.
I now wouldn’t trust them one bit, avoid at all costs!

I ordered some ear pads for Bose Headphones 3 months ago. My order is marked "Unshipped" on their website. I have left a number of messages and emails asking why they have not been shipped. Suntekstore not replying, even though they say they answer all emails. I will not order anything else from this site. I recommend other users not to risk it.

This is the worst company EVER! I have never dealt with such a poorly run company. All they did was over charge and take my money. I don't even have an order number just an invoice number through PayPal. I tried to contact several times to no avail. I tried to purchased Miniature Donkey's they come in packages of 10. It states Free Shipping and if you buy 2-4 the cost is 4.90. I purchased 2 packages and they charged me #18.54. You do the math they over charged me 8.74 and I have never heard from them. No way to track my package. They are extremely unprofessional and absolutely no Customer Service. I am trying to get my $$$$ back through pay-pal. Wish me luck!

I ordered 30 windup clockwork caterpillars cost £34.75 - shipping free and in small print “may have to pay import duties if large order but we will let you know” - no contact about this from Suntekstore but then I had to pay £11.56 to get the parcel from the PO - the extra charge was not for Import duty but was a Royal Mail International handling fee - which if usually shipped by Royal mail must happen every time! Suntekstore said I would need to return the item to China for a refund or could accept a £5 refund - which I did as I needed the caterpillars.
I am guessing this happens all the time!!!!!

If I could give worse than one star I would. It was absolutely terrible service. I placed my order on 10/12 to have before my wedding on 11/17. It is now 11/26 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED my package. I only receive automated emails and have requested a refund multiple times. This is ridiculous. I"m completely dissatisfied and furious with how no one has fixed the problem. My wedding has come and gone and I did not have the product. Worst costumer service!

I was shipped the incorrect item and suntek were not very helpful at sending the correct item to me. I contacted them to ask for the correct item to be shipped and they offered a partial refund. When I said I actually wanted them to ship out the correct item, I was ignored told I would receive the partial refund and asked to give a good review. Needless to say I am NOT a happy customer here.

Was shipped the wrong item. Ordered a XBOX One controller shell in leopard print for my girlfriend. Instead received a XBOX 360 shell in leopard print and was informed after sending them an email with photos that they couldn't do anything as it would cost me more to ship the item back than it cost to order the controller. So I was pretty much screwed.

Purchased an item that was unfortunately held up due to Hurricane Ophelia, notified seller who was very civilised in response, item turned up shortly after. I was very satisfied. Seller bookmarked and will certainly return.

I purchased 2 packs of dice on ebay and was given an eta of 2 weeks arriving between 4th and 6th of November. I live in the UK and the seller was in China. I received an email on the day of purchase that my items had been despatched. My item arrived on time on the 4th of November. All the way from China to the UK, this is quicker than some of the purchases I have made from UK sellers. This is the second time I have bought from this company and both times I have found their service first rate. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I'm always apprehensive when goods have to come all the way from China but no flies on this company. Goods were well wrapped and arrived a MONTH ahead of schedule. I was so impressed I bought 10 more for my mates! I was particularly impressed with an e mail from the company thanking me for the business and how important we are to them (something UK companies could do a lot better at!)
