Still haven’t heard anything about my order
Still haven’t heard anything about my order. Emailed numerous times, completed online form twice and tried calling the number.
I loved this artist and now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Online ordering system problems.....terrible customer service
Placed an order online, payment taken but no confirmation email received or receipt for payment. Now reading terrible reviews of similar situations on here and wondering if this company is now a scam? Tried email ...no response, phone number....not known. Has anyone received their order recently? Is this poor admin or a scam???
I have just received an email from Annette Wiltshire to confirm that they have received my order and are having problems with their online ordering system and are dealing with orders manually. Fingers crossed my order is just delayed.
7 weeks on and no delivery and no further responses to my email requests for updates. Not good enough!
These are not cheap pieces

The contact number on website is invalid. This really is a joke, I love Stephen Wiltshire's art and its such a shame he is being let down by his management/gallery. DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE.

Excellent Gallery with top class prints and originals
Excellent Gallery with fantastic prints. I always buy their Calendar as there are brilliant prints for every month. I recommend to family and friends.

Order for 2 prints
I ordered 2 prints and was very happy with both of them. I phoned Zara a few times whilst ordering and she was extremely helpful and professional, even though the Gallery was in the process of relocating to Notting Hill and things were chaotic.

Incorrect Item received.
I received an item different from what I believe I ordered. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I emailed the website to see what could be done but did not receive a response. This was very disappointing as I knew it would be my husbands most special gift.

I am sorry to hear that you feel that we sent you different item as oppose to what believe you ordered.
I have indeed looked at the details of your purchase and browsing log and concluded that we in fact sent you the exact item you ordered. Thank you for confirming this. (Please note, your browsing log can only be requested for inspection by the management, no member of staff has access to it.)
I have enclosed your invoice for your attention in my email response. As the purchase process on our website is automated, no manual addition or deduction took place from any of our staff members during or after you chose the product, added to your basket, chose your payment method, observed our estimated despatch date and completed your purchase.
In fact, the last visited web page you clicked on the 'buy now' button was of the calendar you ordered on the 6th of December at 4:44am GMT (8:44pm your time the previous night) before proceeding to your payment.
Additionally, you mistyped your email address while adding your billing and shipping details on the website, hence you didn't receive our updates and direct response to your complaint in a timely manner, as all these communication was sent to the wrong address given by you. Let me know if you'd like me to forward the original email address that includes extra commas and the left out top level domain as well (.com). However, after a bit of searching, we did indeed figure out your real email address and managed to contact you directly earlier.
Our office is also closed on Sundays, as our published closed days on the website / google also show, hence the one day delay in responding to you.
Also, in the meantime, you left us with a 2 star review, we don't feel we deserve, a low score we have never received from any of our customers in the history of our online trading (since 2001).
In the light of the above, may I suggest to take your time when ordering online, it may help to avoid misunderstandings and your experience may also be much more pleasant in the future.
