Ein Stern ist noch zuviel für diese grottenschlecht Service. Mail werden überhaupt nicht gelesen. Es kommen völlig sinnfreie Antworten in denen such noch nachweislich gelogen wird.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne aber man kann nur so Bewerten

Meine Bestellung konnte nicht angefertigt werden, dies erfuhr ich erst auf Nachfrage! Erst dann wurde sie storniert und die Erstattung eingeleitet. Auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert zuvor als ich fragte wann meine Bestellung ankäme. Insgesamt wurde ich 3 Wochen hingehalten. Eigentlich müsste die Rückerstattung automatisch erfolgen. Da ich bereits mehrere solcher Bewertungen gelesen habe klingt es schon fast so, als würde man hoffen die Leute vergessen es….

Don't use this company, as they don't deliver. Tell you that your order is underway - when its not, respond to complains that they are very busy - but will come back.

Druckqualität ungenügend ("sechs"!). Auftragslogo scheint nur "aufgebügelt", der gesamte Klebehintergrund hebt sich mehr als deutlich ab. Kein Vergleich zu einem ähnlichen Shirt einer anderen Firma! Für den Schrott zahle ich gesamt 36,- €. Wird sofort zurückgeschickt. Zuvor warne ich aber noch meine "Team-/Chormitglieder".

Vorsicht Betrug!!!
Da die Ware angeblich nicht lieferbar ist und auch nach dem in Aussicht gestellten Termin nicht eintraf, habe ich die Bestellung storniert.
Seitdem erreichten mich nur noch automatisierte Antworten und eine Rückerstattung blieb aus!

Seit drei Wochen keine zufriedenstellende Lösung und verlorenes Geld - Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!

Jeg købte 6 kopper med tryk. Og købte fragt pakke nr2. Hvor de lovede en levering mellem 7-8 dage. Pakken var på min adresse allerede efter 3 dage leveret med UPS.
Kopperne var forsvarligt pakket ind og virker til at være i god kvalitet.

Commande de Mug's et d'autocollants. Ils sont tout à fait conforme à ce que j'attendais. Ils sont de très bonne qualité visuelle et de fabrication. Reste a voir, maintenant, la tenue dans le temps. Pour ce qui concerne la rapidité de réception : commandé le 02/10 et reçu le 07/10. Que dire de plus

We made a call to Spreadshirt about our 24 T-Shirts ( for the children Abschlussfeier 6 grade in our school) which we ordered on 5 July 2023 (we paid extra express delivery cost €19,99) & should delivered between 07- 10 July 2023..We got an approval email about our order & delivery time. We wrote even an email to them asking for keeping their delivery time & inform them about the importance of the T-Shirts for the children. Since no response or answer,I called them today (on 10 July 2023) & found out that they don’t even produce our T-Shirts yet because they overwhelm with the orders from their clients .
How could they sent us an email ,approved of order & delivery for 07-10 July 2023 & let us ( the children specially) believing that their will get their T-shirt but then on the due date of delivery (10 July ) as we called them,easily they told us that they don’t even produce our T-shirts …..How irresponsible & unprofessional????!!!!….. they let us & the children waiting for nothing. Because of this art of them handling their customer, the children today cannot have T-shirt for their school Abschlussfeier….. & all their works designing & searching company to made their product…all for nothing. It’s sad & disappointing for the children & because of this experience….. I personally warn & send this messages to others not to do the same mistakes like us. This is the most unprofessional web company which I ever deal with .

De vil ikke levere. Min adresse eksisterer ikke, siger de !!
3 måneder senere får jeg en voucher i stedet for pengene tilbage.
Jeg ville bare støtte en coronaramt kunstner ved at købe et par t-shirts, men jeg fik vist bare støttet denne mystiske virksomhed.

Designfreigabe als Shopbetreiber

Ich hatte Designs (unser Bandlogo, Eigenkreation) hochgeladen die waren innerhalb von Minuten freigegeben.

Für das Weihnachtsgeschäft wurden diese Designs Ende Oktober (!) nur in der Auflösung bearbeitet und erneut eingestellt.

Nachdem nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine Freigabe stattfand meldete ich mich beim Kundensupport, der mir irgendetwas von einem Computeralgorithmus erzählte. Muss ein steinzeitlicher Commodore64 mit Hamsterradantrieb sein, denn nun sind wieder mehr als 3 Wochen (!) vergangen und das Design ist immer noch nicht freigegeben.

Unser Weihnachtsgeschäft mit dem Shop ist für dieses Jahr gelaufen, vielen Dank Spreadshop.

Man kann sich auf die Aussagen der Kollegen leider nicht verlassen und das ist meiner Meinung nach das A & O im Leben... kümmert sich anschließen auch niemand drum. Man muss der Sache hinterher laufen.

Habt ihr zu wenig Mitarbeiter oder was ist euer Problem? Bei 3 Mio Arbeitslosen in Deutschland?

Sorry bei mir habt ihr es im XXL-Format verkackt und wir suchen uns ein anderes Shopsystem....

Virkelig dårligt kvalitet på trykket på t-shirten hvilket er en skam da selve t-shirten er af god kvalitet.

Quick delivery so all arrived before Christmas. Clothing material is average quality but didn’t expect much for that kind of money, it’s wearable. Prints are cheap quality, shiny, doesn’t blend with material and one of them printed too high on the front of hoodie than requested and it’s more under the chin than on the chest. It was a first experience with the company but don’t think it be buying again, sorry

Auf dem Lieferschein und der Rechnung war der Text richtig. Ist das logisch?
Bin verärgert. Bei Spreadshirt kaufe ich nichts mehr!

Qualität eher schlecht, Preis eher hoch. Aber Support gut und freundlich.

Delivery, based upon experience with other T-shirt printers online, surprisingly reasonable, approx 6 days. Communication, albeit that everything ran smoothly, good. This, in the form of the usual acknowledgment of order and also a despatch email, estimating date for delivery.
I am based in England, the T-shirt appears to have been printed and sent from Germany (as far as I can tell). Had the T-shirt got caught up in customs, and had I been demanded to pay more money (as a previous reviewer mentioned), Spreadshirt's fault or not, I would have been extremely displeased.
But that didn't happen, luckily.
The quality of the print is good, the quality of the "Premium" T-shirt is ... okay. I prefer a heavier weight and a neater, less pronounced crew neck collar. As we say in these parts, the proof is in the pudding, I'll have to see how it copes with washing and general wear. This, ultimately, will determine if I go back. The 'altogether cost', including delivery, for my one-off printed T-shirt, about £19.00 (May, 2020), which, on my personal budget, I feel is about as much as I am prepared to pay.

They advertise in a way that you would believe, they deliver from your country. In fact, they deliver from where they want and then you have to pay the customs. When you contact their Customers Service, they direct you to their “paragraph 5.2.” of their terms and conditions where it would be stated that it might come from abroad. Who the heck reads that? In addition the items where of cheapest quality and stinking…
