I used to love playing sky bingo. Been playing since 2019. Last week my deposits were £378.83 cash perks said ongoing. So I was due £20 cash perks on Friday, the 28th of August nothing was paid into my account been talking to customer service for the last half hour to be told I’m not on the list for cash perks.? never ever had this problem I receive cash perks regular every week never had a problem

Fluffy favourites hasnt paid a single bonus in well over 1k. Not 1 bonus not 1 five of the same.

They updated the sight and my user name was showing as my password. I pointed this out to customer service and they suspended my account!!

100% first class scammers. How on earth is this site allowed to keep going. I’m yet to meet anyone who has won anything on yet. Definitely closing account on this one. Might as well just post £50 through their letter box

Played on a mates account tonight. Omg £300 put in played £1 spins. Not one single win constant pathetic returns on every spin I spin obviously a minimum of 300 spins and of all those spins I got two bonus rounds. None of which on £1 spins paid out above £25. This would be perfectly normal and just bad luck if it was a one off however I’ve deposited over £1000 in a month to this account played consistently the same games and have absolutely zero back. It’s either no bonuses rounds landed or decent amount of bonuses but pathetic pay outs from the bonus round meaning each time you get one your only just getting back what you’ve lost or more likely not even getting back what you’ve lost so your balance is never going up it’s just constantly playing down from the deposit put it till zero. How is this company still going? Every review on here mentions the lack of wins and the poor poor payouts from bonus rounds on games that were all more than familiar with. And before you come at me sky bingo about how I shouldn’t play on someone else’s account. I don’t care I’m just here to agree with the thousands of others that have called yous out as a scam site

Great site to play easy to navigate and fast withdrawals

Every week you get cash perks for spending x amount on bingo. Didn't recieve mine yesterday 17/7/2026 so went to customer services to ask why and was told by a very arrogant person that I had only spent £2.40 on bingo and didn't qualify.
Amazing how on the free bingo you get on a Sunday again by spending money I'm either on gold or the one above can that possibly equate to not qualifying for cash perks.
I asked rude arrogant customer service person to check what room I would be playing in on Sunday to which they ended the conversation.
Always the same people winning which apparently play from room opening to room closing. Sky bingo motto is always gamble responsible but sorry they are scamming thieves and need closed down.

I go on and off the bingo, usually to see if it's still as bad as previous experiences, and I'm never surprised to see that it gets worse, which is some doing, imo I'm pretty sure that it's fake accounts that constantly win, because they don't buy anymore cards than me, yet they win game after game, day after day , the gambling commission really should be looking at the place, but probably got them in their pocket imo .... anyone thinking of joining the site, don't!!! .....I mean I must be the unluckiest person ever, because 80% of the time as soon as I get down to waiting on 1 number, the number next to mine comes out, but according to them it's just luck ..... luck is maybe happening 3 or 4 times, not 80% of the time, it's pathetic, so save your cash, or give it to some OAP that stays local to you, it'll make you feel better, rather than getting ripped off by a dodgy site that has no intention of paying out to genuine players imo

Really really bad, my account has not worked properly for over a month now, I have limited access to bingo games I'm onto customer service weekly got told there's a technical issue with my account but no feedback, now to find my husbands account does exactly the same. His limited too. Customer services are rude and not helpful at all I have two different names on my account they can't even fix that, I enjoyed it at first now just a pain.

I have used sky bingo for some time. I have always enjoyed using the site and playing. How ever I get so annoyed when the Daily Cash reward app doesn’t work. Spend £2 to qualify. Please can it be fixed ???.

I was on my account too long and they suspended my account, to get back on it i had to send bank statements, proof of address, bank card details and my picture, complete joke! got them to close it instead with a few quid on that goes into their pocket.

This is a different post altogether. Sky have a promotion or two on one reel winners or something one cash perk both I am opted into. However apparently I earned £1 spending over £300 on slots, I very rarely play bingo because the same winner syndrome is real and annoying. Cash perk runs Friday to Thursday credited on a Friday. However I haven't seen it pay in anything for ages despite being opted in with screenshots as proof as it wouldn't b the first time I've been told I hadn't opted in. This woman told me I had earned £1 which is impossible as with proof of deposits and a screenshot that the promotion was ongoing she didn't check it out just insisted I had earned £1 and that things change. No not on cash perk I check the promotions regularly and read them properly. So week without a bonus amount then told it's a £1. 🤣🤣 This site is taking the Mick. Also I hadn't opted back in yet today yet the promotion still had ongoing. Reel rewards I can't earn anymore points as I am on level 10 yet never once has that paid £40.uts always pennies. Sky sort it out even you should see £1 off all the deposits is wrong the last few weeks even if your online chat agents can't all they can do is send a link with no relevance whatsoever. I even had emails to say I had £23 and £27 but not once were they paid I to my account. Absolute BS

Sky use to be great for wins and great chats too. Then they updated their site a few months ago and really messed it up. They got rid of the morning free bingo where the housebound and bed bound would meet for a chat. They then changed the evening free room and now it’s far too busy to get a word in edge ways. Constant disconnects and some chat hosts just seem to love to chat ban people, even for a minor infringement. I now play elsewhere like many others.

Winning is rare i like legendary lawman but ihave wayed it up the bronze comes up a few times butthe gold and silver are stuck like glue i wasted money trying now the three cant go any higher can't get nothing

I’m being honest I’m thinking of leaving and going elsewhere, after nine yrs I’ve not had a good win on bingo, just little amounts would give you some encouragement even. Slots aren’t paying, not for me, they do when you first join but not mega amounts. The app is easy to use and good variety of games though.
