Items sizing were not as expected.
Bought 2 pairs of Odlo 3/4 thermal leggings. One women XS and the other men S. The size were not the same as described (on Odlo website) and the men pair has a smaller waist than the women pair!!! Also, both pairs looked that they have been worn and stretched as fit were poor (have other Oldlo items which fitted much better). Have previously purchased from Simply Piste and was happy but this experience has put me off using them again. There wasn't even a delivery note and I am too busy to post them back. Sorry I would not recommend using Simply Piste.
Update: although I was not happy with the items purchased. I was very impressed with Simply Piste's approach to customer service. They e-mailed me after my review and offered a refund plus pre-paid sticker for the postage. The item has now been returned and refund received. It's often how a company respond to bad reviews/complaints that shows whether they are a company worth using or not. Well done for the good post order customer service.

We sincerely apologise that the description of the product sizing was misleading and for the inconvenience caused by this. Our Product Administration team will carry out their internal investigations and consultation with our Supplier (Odlo). We did not unfortunately receive any communication from the customer prior to us receiving this feedback entry, and therefore we did not have the opportunity to provide a free of charge returns label for the consignment, to save them returning the goods at their own cost. A despatch note is always printed and included inside of the parcel but we do apologise if the customer found this not to be the case on this occasion. We will now contact the customer to see if we can assist in obtaining the goods back for a refund or exchange.

No nonsense
I found that the website was easy to use, the stuff that it said was 'in stock' was actually in stock - other websites have failed me on this. I ordered the items on one day and stuff was delivered the very next day. Will definately come back and use simplypiste again.

I found a ski boot bag at a good price at Simply Piste. The site was easy to use. I was kept informed about my order with texts and the bag arrived as and when promised. I would be happy to use this company again.

Super service and much cheaper that other websites selling the exact same gear
I was looking foo a snowsuit for my one year old and I'd done a fair bit of scouring the web. Really liked this one and, as is my habit, I googled the name of it to see who else sold it. Simply Piste came in about £20 cheaper then other websites (ebay and amazon included). Really quick delivery too - I am just about to recommend Simply Piste to a friend who are looking for a snowsuit for their 1yr old too ;)

Great customer support but sent me the wrong size
The snowsuit i ordered is great. It is a Columbia snuggly Bunny snowsuit its made from very nice material and has polar inside. I just wanted my daughter to wear it during the whole winter but now when we received a smaller size I'm not sure that will happen.
The snowsuit fits her exactly now

We are sorry to hear that the size was not suitable on this occasion. We have checked internally with our team and it has been agreed that the sizing is incorrect on the website. This is currently being assessed with a view to amending the item description. As the customer lives in Bulgaria we have offered to refund her postage costs and offered them a discount off of their next purchase with us.
Well priced, quick delivery & excellent product.
Im delighted with my purchase from Simplypiste & would definitely recommend them. I will have no hesitation using them in the future.
