Had a great experience ordering our travel system from the company. I contacted them through email and got a very clear and quick response within a few hours. Fantastic experience choosing and buying our Silvercross travel system! From being able to message on Instagram and receiving speedy and very helpful replies to visiting the shop and being given a thorough demonstration with no pushy sales techniques, just honest and informative.

My wife and I visited Mike’s store with my mum and dad, after my parents had been in a couple of weeks prior.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to give the best advice and recommendation for our needs.

I was extremely impressed and grateful by Mike’s knowledge, and he did not try to upsell us at all. There were prams available that were much more expensive, but not materially different. Mike recognised what we needed, and gave his honest opinion.

Mike demonstrated the use and features of each pram, and we were able to try it all out before we made our purchase.

Mike was also able to organise door-step delivery to our home in Glasgow (given that we were only down for the weekend visiting parents).

I would highly recommend anyone to visit Simply Baby in The Parade!

Had an issue with my pram handle (it is over 3 years old and used daily!)
Got in contact with Mike regarding this issue and he was absolutely brilliant! Within a week it’s all sorted, new handle with clear instructions on how to apply, delivered straight to our door!
Made life so much easier going though Mike himself at simply baby!

I ordered a travel cot which Simply couldn't get to me in time for my new granddaughter's arrival as their supplier was out of stock for a month and a half.
Simply were great they offered me a more expensive replacement but that couldn't work for me (too small) as it was for 0-6 months old and my granddaughter is a 1 year-old. I suggested an alternative I saw on their website and they sent it out to me the same day.
Both replacements were more expensive than my original order but Simply said they wouldn't charge me more in lieu of my inconvenience.
Their handling of the whole thing was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I Bought the Silvercross Nia stroller in Champagne from SimplyBaby and cannot recommend enough!
I went in twice before purchasing the stroller as I was stuck between a couple and I didn’t once feel pressured into buying.
The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and allowed me to fully try the stroller out both times I went in and answered any questions I had!
Ordering was smooth and simple and I’m very happy with my product!

Excellent service from Mike at Simply Baby! After a negative experience with a previous company similar to this I was hesitant to make an order however, after recommendations from friends we visited and I’m so glad we did. Our order was delivered quickly and when there was a slight issue with some parts missing, Mike sorted this straight away. Would highly recommend and will be returning when we need a bigger car seat!!

What a great experience and service from start to finish!

After having an extremely poor experience in a different well known baby store, I decided to try Simply Baby. Mike was welcoming and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. I had an endless amount of questions and nothing was too much bother. He listened to my individual circumstances and helped me decide which travel system best suited me. This was reassuring that I was extremely certain in the decision I made, without influence and only information and assistance. Mike helped me adapt my bundle to what best suited me physically.

He checked the delivery timescale for my travel system and ensured it would arrive in plenty of time for my due date. To which it arrived sooner than expected!

The entire experience was helpful from start to finish and I so wish I would have come straight to Mike in the first place. I am extremely grateful for the help I received. Should I ever need anything travel system related again, I’ll be sure to return and I’ll be recommending him to anyone else moving forward.

I found this pram online slightly cheaper than anywhere else, so I ordered and contacted the team via instagram to ensure the order was received etc. I have spoken to a very helpful member of staff Mike, who has constantly kept me updated throughout on my tracking and dispatch notices, Mike was very friendly and helpful with quick replies. We ordered our Silvercross Reef 2 family bundle just before christmas. To be honest after reading some poor reviews online after purchasing, I was a little anxious, but there was no need to be. Pram is beautiful, we went on to buy a crib too, Mike was lovely and I would recommend using him and will probably do so my self if we need other items. Thank you very much 😊 we are delighted to have such a lovely product for our little boys arrival in May.

I can't speak too highly of the service we received from Mike at Simply Baby. We ordered a Rumble seat for the Uppababy V3, literally just before Christmas, as my son was home for a few days and needed to take it back to Singapore on 2 Jan. Mike worked an absolute miracle and it was delivered to us on 23 December . We really can't thank you enough Mike, terrific customer service.

Mike was extremely helpful with providing us updates as to when the pram would be arriving. He went above and beyond helping us with delivery, pram options etc. I could not recommend this store enough, thank you!
