Speedy service but packaging was not…
Speedy service but packaging was not fit for purpose (thin plastic shrink wrap). I was surprised it arrived without any damage, especially when I found it dumped outside my front door!

First impressions are good. I hope they last a long time.
Delivered was on time, but I was not given a time slot until the morning of delivery, which made to difficult to plan to be there to receive the package. I'm pleased with the look of the wall brackets and colthing rails. I'd like to know what load baring weight they are expected to take, but I could not find that information on the advert.

The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. The website is great, it is very clear on what parts you need to order. (I wanted a variety of railings/shelving for a dressing room). Everything arrived within 2 days of ordering. A couple of parts were missing from my order (which was alot of parts, to be fair). Gary was brilliant, he replied immediately and courierd the parts to arrive the next day. The railings and shelving were easy to put up and are execellent quality, very sturdy. The whole railing system is very versatile and easy to adjust, perfect for what I needed. Finally, excellent value, I am very happy! Thank you.

I was a sceptical buyer of advertised "heavy duty clothes rail" being flimsy. I was very pleased by the rail. I will now not hesitate purchasing from this store as shipment was SUPER fast and product as advertised or better. Order fulfilled same day of purchase and arrived the following day even though I had not paid for next day delivery. Well done team.
