Don’t believe the false promises they make on their website. They say next day delivery and on the next day they say it was delayed. Scamming us customers with fancy advertisements and not keeping promises. Customer care is of no use as they wont help with cancelling your order or anything else and all will they say is next day delivery is not a promise which they don’t highlight anywhere. At the end of the day, me as a customer lost my money, did not get the product on as promised and now all plans for the day failed!!

The next day delivery was really quick and arrived early too.
The sandals I bought are really comfortable and look good on, they were a great price which helped. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from them again. Ordered school shoes for my daughters and was sent someone else’s order. Refusing to help want me to chase after them and fix their mistake even though there’s no stores anywhere in Northern Ireland anymore. Have sent about 15 different pictures of the wrong shoes I’ve received and still not good enough, can’t send out my children’s shoes just want their other products back, had to go and purchase school shoes elsewhere and spend another fortune. Still haven’t said I’m even being refunded, joke of a company.

We use to have a branch in our town centre.
Closed recently, decided too search the internet, being very new to this.
Found them online, ordered three pairs of my favourite slippers.
Not always available in store anyway, (size 13).
Fantastic price and quality, exactly as expected, used this company for years, in various branches.
Ordering was extremely easy, even for a novice like me.
Got a discount and free next day delivery, something I've never ever had before, buying online, another added bonus.

Just dumped in back yard. We were in .not good enough

I am trying to log in so l may return a pair of sandals . I ordered 3 pairs of size 6 . Two pairs are correct the third pair are in a size 6 wrapper but are actually a size 5

Shoes weren't in stock in my local store so lady in shop said they could deliver them the next day by Royal Mail so we ordered them and paid instore, she was right about them being delivered next day but they came with Evri, the shoes were just what I wanted, good quality, comfy and a lovely fit

From ordering to delivery was excellent. The boots were good value
