I bought a record player last August and it stopped working in March. I called Steepletone and spoke to Mark who ran me through how to mend it, he was very patient with me ! Unable to get it working he suggested sending it back and informed me of the cheapest way to do this with Royal Mail. After a week I got a new record player, I am delighted with this customer service

This company really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and certainly exceeded my expectations. They even have a showroom you I could call and visit, which for an online company is great to see especially if you have any doubts. I would certainly use again and recommend to friends and family.
Unhappy with the service from this company, I bought an oven from them as advertised for £740 and they took the money and gave me a receipt. 2 days later they gave me a refund (unasked for) and stated that they could not supply the item. When I checked on their website the exact same oven was back on sale but for £899 now. I will never use this company again for anything
I ordered a few appliances and accessories for my kitchen, and having phoned through for a 'multi product discount' got a cracking deal.
(The fact this internet company also has an office and showroom with a normal phone number also put me at ease)
I phoned back to check some details and got put straight through to the person I had dealt with for my initial order and she had all the details to hand.
RTD's courier phoned me a few days later to arrange delivery and booked me a two hour slot a couple of days later.
The driver was a bit late but apologised and explained he'd been stuck in traffic. He took all of my appliances into the kitchen and unboxed them so I could check them over. A follow up phone call from RTD was a nice touch also.
I ordered a CDA Fridge/Freezer. Removed my old one the whole process was quick and easy. Couldn't ask for better service.

I needed to replace an integrated fridge freezer that had been discontinued . The staff were very helpful and happy to spend time finding exactly the one that I needed. It was delivered four days later and the old one removed. I was also given a 2 hour timed delivery slot so didn't need to wait in all day. Overall great service.
I needed to purchase all new appliances for my new house, found RTD.uk.com's website and found most of the appliances I wanted, gave the company a call and they discussed my requirements with me and recommended alternatives for the integrated appliances I couldn't find, all were in stock and delivered to me the following week. Very pleased with the service and knowledge of the customer service team, would definitely recommend
