Absolutely Appalling Service
Absolutely appalling service! Ordered a 55" TV to be ordered on a specific date for my daughters birthday party, the day before I was emailed to say it had been delivered, when I chased it up I was told it had been returned to RLR damaged. I asked for an urgent next day delivery replacement for the birthday party and was told no, they could only manage the following Saturday, waited in all day and nothing turned up!Dont waste your time with these clowns!

LG OLED TV, still waiting to be delivered 2 weeks after the order
If you have alternatives price wise, avoid this company.
Two weeks after paying the order, 10 working days and 8 phone calls later and I still haven't received the TV I've ordered.
I have no tracking for delivery, and sluggish or no follow-up from customer support after insistent calls from my side.
I've been given different reasons for which the TV is not yet delivered, and last Friday RLR Distribution customer support said the delivery day will be Thursday, on 19th of September (which would be already 2 days later than promised on the site).
Of course, it hasn't been delivered Thursday and no one bothered to call to apologize and update me on the status.
Today is Friday and I've called 3 times and been promised repeatedly by RLR Distribution staff to receive an update on my order, it's already 3:20 PM and I haven't received a call (or the TV).

I was sent a defective TV and after trying to call and email RLR they haven’t been responsive.
After almost a month now my patience is running out.

Disappointed with lack of communication. Purchased a TV from RLR at a great price and received an email acknowledgment as well as a further email to say it had been dispatched but without tracking details. I received no reply to emails from RLR customer service to provide the tracking number so had no idea when TV would arrive. The TV took did turn up but took around a week from ordering to physically arriving at my door.

Parcel Force text all recipients when the order is received, I can see that they also sent you an additional text on the 24/06/19. the estimated date of delivery for the 55nu7100 on our website (displayed before you place the product in your basket) is 3-4 working days. Parcel Force actually attempted this on the 25/06/19 (3 working days after you ordered) at 6pm.
We monitor all email addresses but did not receive any emails from yourself.
