Avoid at all cost, i returned part of 2 x orders i am still waiting for my refund the contract number is non existent and if you get a email back you are lucky,.they never address the issue, I was promised a refund and sent a email saying 3-5 days it is now 10, THEY ARE A SCAM

Please avoid this company as it is a fraud. I have reported about this to the police and Citizens Advice consumer Service as well. I placed an order with them and got the order number too but never received a order confirmation email. For two days I kept calling on the contact number given on their Website but there was no one to respond. I also tried to send emails but every time sent emails came back undelivered. So PLEASE PLEASE PLASE do not pay any amount to this company as you will end up loosing it like me.

Ordered a jacket on 04th October for £50. Delivery said 3-5 days, nothing received.

Phone number just rings.

Email address does no exist

Social media links do not work.

Reem have bought Chi Chi Clothing and are taking returns without refunding money.. they owe me over £450! Do not order from them!

The ordering on this website is relatively easy.
I placed an order 28/08, the money was taken from my sons account 30/08. The order was 3-5 days for delivery. it is now 11/09 and still no item received. The order is showing as processing. No one answers emails, Facebook messages and I have been ringing the number since 8 am this morning and I am 1st in the queue. After 5 mins the call hangs up.
This is the first time I've used this website and to be honest, it isn't the greatest. If I dont hear back I will be reporting this to my bank

Ordered a T Shirt for Father’s Day, received a different item, have tried multiple times to get through to the number (apparently I’m first in the queue every time I call but no one picks up), sent numerous emails and messages via Facebook Messenger but no response from anything. Very disappointed as my husband has previously ordered from Reem with no problem. Hoping someone finally gets in contact and resolves the issue….wishful thinking!!!

I did as the reviewer below me and raised a dispute via my bank, money returned same day. If anyone from Reem ever responds, I can send the item back if you’d like to send me pre paid postage.

Ordered item and received something completely different and at much lower value. Unable to get through on number provided on invoice and email address on website comes back unrecognised

Beware Scam Company

Bad communication. Other than finally getting through to customer service this morning there has been no direct contact since I made my order on Monday. Today is Friday. I explained this to CS and they said it could be that my email is incorrect or that the confirmation email is in my spam. I explained neither is the case as I have throughly checked. Plus PayPal sent confirmation that funds had been taken from reem clothing. It seems it is not only me who has had the same issue going by other reviews. The attitude of customer service was that they will just have to speak to the IT team. But it was like she didn’t want to acknowledge my concerns for the lack of communication. Hopefully I will receive my order soon.

I ordered from REEM without reading the reviews and when I did not receive the promised post order email I read them and then I was worried. The order info on their website showed no updates, so I checked the process for a refund via Paypal. I called the customer services line and it kept ringing until it was cut off. My email to customer services has yet to be replied to (over a week and a half so far). Then surprise surprise the order arrived and I was delighted. It arrived on the 3rd working day after the order. Emboldened by this success I placed another order, 2 items this time, again paid using Paypal. I then received an email, not from REEM but from paypal informing of a refund for one of the items, no explanation from REEM, however from a quick check on their website I could see the item was now out of stock. Again there was no promised order confirmation email from REEM. Anyway today I received the second order, the 4th working day after the order was placed. All the goods were perfect. The issue with Reem appears to be a complete lack of communication. I would not take a chance ordering unless I was certain the item would fit as the lack of communication just leads to concern and worry, who needs more of that in these crazy pandemic times! If they could provide some communication via their email address and customer services number rather than replies to reviews then they would sell a lot more stuff! Appreciate communication may be difficult at present due to the pandemic and if that is the case perhaps add a note to the website to communicate this to your customers. I only bother to review in extreme circumstances and my experience with REEM really provided the motivation.

I received a reply to to my original complaint and was asked to send Reem clothing an email. I have done this and still no communication from them

I bought a heritage FILA tracksuit top. It arrived ahead of expected delivery date and look as good as represented on the site
