Says warranty can’t get hold of the company the glass is so crap it scratches and cracks with a set of keys and a ear ring in a ear I abso hate this company don’t bother wasting your money but tech 21 or ZAGG that actually honours there warranty, screen protector lasted 2 days Baught of Argos

Pre ordered a Ted Baker case for iPhone 16 pro - they took payment straight away. It's now 4 weeks after the expected dispatch date and still awaiting delivery. Contacting customers service has been impossible - both phone lines don't work, so I sent an email and am still awaiting a reply.
Have I been scammed ? You have been warned !

Struggled to give this 1 star rating. My phone case just did not arrive even after explanation of a quality concern. I worry that i have lost my money which is poor.
I would urge customers to avoid this company

IT seems their eBay account stopped selling over a year ago and now they list a few radiators under that account , strange , they don’t answer emails or requests anymore so I wonder what is going on with them as a company overall, since the bankruptcy of Ted baker and new owners they may not even have right ago sell Ted baker anymore and it is totally apparent that they have a new supply chain and the product has become a totally cheaper down versioning what is was . Proporta you should block selling if you are no longer invested in your business and customer s , shame shame

Absolute joke of a company, still waiting for our iphone 16 cover which has been on pre order for over 8 weeks now with the date being pushed back constantly. impossible to get an Email reply from the company they are obviously ignoring them. Avoid this company like the Plague.

wish I’d if read the reviews before buying. Ordered a phone case and it’s still not been dispatched and quite frankly I don’t expect it to. No response from this scam of a company either. I will be taking this further to get my money back.

I've ordered several Ted Baker iPhone cases over the years and I've had nothing but good experience from them. They were also willing to replace one phone cover as hadn't received it but it arrived the next day so I contacted them to cancel the replacement they were going to send me. I also find they are reasonably priced compared to other sites. Have just ordered 1 more.

Paid for express delivery as had trusted the site having used once before, but nothing. No delivery it’s been 5 days and no further updates, no reply to the message I sent 3 days ago. Hoping I get a refund now and not been scammed - will avoid in future.
19/05/2025 - the company have emailed today, apologised and refunded me in full

I ordered a phone case 8th of March.
Despite 3 emails querying where it is, no response. Phones not answered and no response to poor reviews on here.
No idea how to pursue a refund.

I think I've been scammed. Ordered a ted baker phone case 3 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived, also sent 2 emails. The first one was replied to and I'm assuming that it's because they knew I still thought that it was just a late delivery, now they are ignoring me, phone number is invalid and I can't find an address that has any sign of them being there.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Order for phone case not received. Tried to phone number for customer service several times and each time the call is just cut off immediately. No tracking of order available. E mail to Proporta just bounces back as unable to send. Please let me know when my order will arrive.
