Good value and fast delivery.

Took our order even though they would have known they couldn't fulfil it. We even got a delivery confirmation the day before they ceased trading. Only found out they ceased trading from the website. No communication what so ever and silence until the liquidators were established. No common courtesy at all. Dogs!!!

Just bought some Items and the company stops trading :( ........ hoping to see some items soon but not counting on it

Ordered a toilet seat in January. The toilet seat didn't show, so after two months, multiple phone calls and an unacceptable delay without any explanation, a toilet seat arrived... but was broken and was the wrong model. I called several times to ask for a replacement, supplied photos of the breakage as requested, and was told they were "looking into it" and "waiting for their suppliers" and so on. Eventually after another couple of months of NOTHING, I called to say look, this is ridiculous, I just want a refund. This was happily agreed on the phone... but after ANOTHER two months the refund has yet to arrive. So... six months later and hours of phone calls I have a broken toilet seat which is the wrong model, and no refund. They are one of those companies that will say "three bags full" on the phone and then do nothing and keep your money. I can't decide if they're just completely incompetent or maliciously underhanded, but either way, they're not people you want to give money to. Do not use them under any circumstances. The small claims court beckons.

I have today received my order of a Triton shower from this company. I would most definatley use this company again as the service they provided was second to none. I made an initial enquiry by telephone and the operator phoned me straight back to inform me the item was in stock and when the delivery date would be. I not only received the shower 2 days later, to Glasgow, as promised but also the call from the delivery driver to ask if it was convenient that he was on his way! All dealings have been professional and courteous. The icing on the cake was that it was £60 cheaper than my local Plumb Center and offered free delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I Placed my order on the 12/05/2014 paid immediately via card. A week later I received a call to tell me they couldn't supply me.
For a small business buying goods to fulfil my customers orders this is completely unacceptable.
Nearly another week on I am still waiting for a refund. Maybe going to have to speak to my credit card company about this.
A bit of advice STAY WELL CLEAR.
I placed a new order with Amazon the goods were cheaper and arrived next day. Shame I didn't visit the Amazon site first.

Everything I ordered came quicker than expected, well packaged, and in perfect condition. The delivery driver helped carry the bulky and heavy part into the house without any issues.

This is the second time we have ordered online from this company, service is very good, very prompt delivery and no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic Service from Plumbtraders staff , but courier Delivered my order to wrong address , left it in someone else's Porch . 1/3rd of a mile from my address ,Not good enough !!!

Ordered the boiler and attendant parts, best price that I could find, online or off and was kept informed of where the goods were and when they would be delivered. Local company phoned to say they were delivering, slight problem over finding our address but we have an unusual entrance, so gave driver instructions and he brought the boiler into the house for me. All very satisfactory. Thank you
