Shocking customer service, I purchased a Amplifier via Amazon and have since returned it due to a fault which has intermittently got worse, due to the cost of this amp I paid extra for insurance and proof of received item which I have all the relevant evidence that it was received and signed for....however they are not replying to my messages and now Amazon are involved and I seem to be £179.99 out of pocket with no amplifier either!!

Avoid at all costs.......

Still no response from this awful seller.

Fortunately for me Amazon have stepped in and refunded me the full amount after showing proof of the item being signed for. I advised Amazon there are other reviews very similar to mine so customers please be aware.

Customer support very poor, goods arrived faulty, which was returned to Planet Gizmo, Received a full refund promptly., But they did not honour the postage refund., Will avoid doing any future business with Planet Gizmo.

I share all the comments Steve has made. I returned an Item that stopped working, it was a product failure but they accepted for me to send back and replace. I sent back, tracked - so glad as did as the "general Manager" now disputes it being received even though I have a signatures. The parcel company says it delivered. Now Gizmo wont answer the phone or emails. As I purchased from Amazon I called them - and a point to note - if you buy through them, even if the return button has gone ( after a month) they will still sort it. Amazon have made the refund and will charge Gizmo. I have also suggested they look at Trust pilots comments.

My Tibo speakers developed a fault just before the guarantee was about to expire and I was unable to return them for a couple of months, I contacted Planet Gizmo and was advised that this was not a problem. When returning them I was advised to inform them of the tracking number they then immediately despatched replacement speakers which arrived a few days later. All correspondence was answered promptly. This is what customer service should be! Excellent!!

I purchased a speaker unit to find not only did I pay the VAT from the U.K. (I am a non-resident) but I then had to pay customs tax here in my country - two lots of taxes which I should only be paying one lot of taxes. The company was initially trying to help but then decided it was too hard and wouldn't assist with the system error. In hindsight, VAT should not be applied on goods delivered abroad so they are definitely not doing things by the book and I wouldn't purchase from them again.

I purchased some Ultrasone Signature DJ Headphones.

They are fantastic, and the service was excellent.

audio pro 10 purchased from Planet Gizmo at a cost of £159, and whilst the receipt of the product was prompt, once we opened it up it the product was useless. The plug was so badly damaged that we could not plug in the power supply to see how the product performed.
I contacted Planet Gizmo immediately, they did not respond. I contacted them again this time copying in the Ops Manager, who responded by stating, "it was not their problem but the supplier but as a gesture of goodwill he thought they sold something like it on EBay and if we got one to perhaps send him the bill!!
I responded back and told him that this was not acceptable, to date one month later and several mail later, we still have not heard anything from PlanetGizmo or their GM, Robert Cooper. They obviously have no intention of making our customer experience a good one and we absolutely will not be buying or recommending them to anyone, if fact the absolute opposite.....
PlanetGizmo you are not a great customer experience and do not deserve our hard earned money....
Keep away folks they take no responsibility.

I Purchased (£109.95) Aftershokz Trekz Titanium Wireless Bone Conduction Headphone, Slate Grey colour.
They delivered in a plastic bag. The headphone developed fault. Left side of the headphone stop working. I retuned in in secured packaging via recorded delivery and waited to hear from them. I did not heard from the until 20days. Mr Robert of this company said that they did not receive my parcel when I emailed and phoned. I tracked on the Royal mail and find the signed receipt signed by O’Connor. I emailed them as evidence. They still did not response to my email. I called them and Mr Robert said that I send the headphone in an insecure package and the headphone is not resalable.
I argued that of course it is not resalable since the headphone is faulty. I advised him that took phots before I returned the package. I send another email with the photograph of the parcel , showing including all the accessary, raping in the bubble raping and on the package I put “Fragile” label. Mr Robert did not reply to my email. I am calling him on a daily basis but they have answering machine stating “there is no one to answer the phone” but can leave the message and someone will comeback to me or email them on info planetgizmo.co.uk
So far I no one has contacted me yet. I then thought let me read their reviews. I found one Steve review and is very helpful.
They are just plain dishonest traders; they had my money and would not replace the faulty goods as said Steve in his review Warning do not use CROOKS. I totally agree with Steve. I do believe that they sales repairs products. They are absolutely dishonest organisation and as traders.
I would also like to inform the potential customers not to buy anything from Planet Gizmo. Can someone advise me what next step I should take to get my full refund?
I will join with Steve to make his mission to make sure that as many people read our reviews as possible. If you people at planet gismo read this then I suggest you refund my £109.95.

After purchasing a Klipsch RC-42ii from here a few weeks ago i wanted to buy some RB-61ii's. Purchased them online with no hassle and at the cheapest i could find! Unfortunately they were out of stock and had a call from the general manager apologizing as money had been already been taken from my account before they realised. Offered me a great deal on the RB-81ii's and posted them next day delivery via UPS for free! Communications was excellent. Hate being left in the dark once youve handed your money over but these guys are great!
Would happily recommend to family and friends!

I ordered some noise cancelling headphones from Planetgizmo after searching around online. Always slightly concerned when the cheapest place is somewhere I've not heard of, but after looking on here at reviews decided it was legit.

Ordered product, and was delivered in the timeframe stated during order process.

Don't think you can ask for much more.

Would use again.

I think my you review says very little really you only have to look at the star rating for this company or the myriad of reviews that follow below. It is a review though non the less so let share my experience with you.

The site is clean, clear and well presented. There are different payment options enough to please most and the prices are highly competitive, infact for the item I desired they offered the best price available. Factor in a discount if you pay via debit of 5% it just gets better and better.

Emailed throughout the whole process and they even make sure you have all the details by the close day (tracking codes etc).. The best is to come though...

Fast, erhh yes, just a bit!!

I know this is in small part to the excellent dpd here but needles to say that for just £4 I had my items at my door in under 24 hours, yip a whole our before thetime the time I had ordered them the previous day (I think that made sense).

I have to award this company 9.9 out of 10, why drop .1 of a mark, I just wish they carried a slightly wider portfolio, perhaps the schiit range of headphone amps or days but that's just me wanting my cake and eating it, not to mention a cherry on top.

Should you use them? Yes you would be mad not to. A free phone number from what I gather manned by helpfull informative staff. Hyper über fast delivery, clear straight to point emails with no fill and some of the best prices to be found. I would like to say to planet gizmo a genuine thank you for a hassle free v smooth experience...

Found the company from a Google search for a specific product. I was pleased with the ease in which I was able to place my order. Moreover, and what was especially helpful to me, was NEXT DAY delivery at a reasonable price!

5 stars if I receive my headphones tomorrow! (I couldn't find the cut-off time for next day delivery so I've got my fingers crossed order was placed in time.)

I am still waiting for my (delivery is at 3 o clock 26-11-2012) but can't wait to appreciate planet Gizmo for their customer care.As soon as I purchased the item from their website i got my confirmation letter and followed by dispatching information mail.What I really appreciate is the messages they sent to my email mentioning about the delivery date and further delivery arrangements.After that today they text me about the exact time of delivery so that I will know when my product is coming and i can arrange other works.
I bought product from jessop's (the worst customer care ever) and other companies but nobody made feel comfortable and valuable like planet Gizmo did.These confirmation emails and text messages made me trust them.I will be purchasing my future products from planet Gizmo and wish them a great growth in their buisiness

Initial bought a dension iPhone dock, which broke some 5 months later. Contacted planter gizmo who then advise me to send back at which they will send to the manufacturer. This they did for me, and send a brand new unit too me! Thanks for everything, saving me £85!

I cannot fault this company. In times of a recession they can be contacted free of charge by telephone and their free express delivery service is second to none. Oh! and excellent customer service as well!

called them up with queries and doubts of getting a product and was absolutely amazed with the professionalism and politeness of the person from the call centre! all doubts cleared and determined to get that product now! excellent service indeed (Y)
