Beware of this misleading and unresponsive online pet store.
After paying a costly $180 for 2 luxury pet bowls, I was delivered one of them faulty with a missing clip making the bowl lopsided and defected. Upon raising this with their customer service team, they had advised they will send out another clip which never came. It’s now been over 3 months without a resolution. They leave loyal customers feeling ripped off and unattended to. Can not recommend this store for this reason. Buyer beware.

Buy a few times dog food from this supplier. One time was a delay in delivery. But I got a discount for next order. So I can say PetBest not bad at all.

If this is perfect guys,then I can honestly say beware. I placed an order had a thankyou message then absolutely nothing no goods no email. It now looks like the site has been discontinued, can't be reached

I've never had any complications with them whatsoever.

I got my dog food and it had ants in it. I called support and they told me that I had infected them. When it arrived at my office, where I have my shipments delivered it had ants. Not at my home. I cancelled my subscription.

My wet food was fine, just the dry stuff had ants

Poor customer service if you ask me and I am out 60 bucks and my time to take a bunch of photos of the ants crawling around. She acted like I was lying to her.

I am unhappy.

Why? 1) prices on the food we buy are better than the prices we can get locally, 2) shipping is free, so I'm actually SAVING money on gas, driving around to buy things, 3) shipment is fast, well-packaged, and trackable, 4) customer service is really amazing. We have used Petbest for ordering pet food for the last several months. They are prompt with processing and shipping orders. There was one time when one of the cases of food we ordered was on back-order and Petbest let us know the same day the order was placed. They still shipped the rest of the order and the one case that was back-ordered came less than a week later. Petbest even let us know once the case had shipped. They are very easy to work with and very good to get back to you if you have any questions or concerns. Plus, the variety of food, toys, etc. on their website is awesome! They make incredibly convenient to one stop shop and price compare. We love these guys, would recommend to anyone!!!

My picky Boston will pretty much only eat PetKind wet food. It's not easy to find, but luckily PetBest.com carries it. Very happy with customer service as well.

When I desperately needed a product for my enzyme deficient dog and the product wasn't available on the website, a kind & friendly sales rep took a little extra trouble to help me out. She found two spare boxes somewhere and shipped them to me. Petbest is quick to ship the product and they follow-through with emails to keep you updated on your purchase. I woke up to 15 spam emails the day after I ordered. I did get my order 2 days after I placed it.

Granted it was dog food, but still.

So satisfied with my whole order. My puppy loves the Nutro Crunchy Treats, peanut butter, can't find them in the store. I ordered Science Diet food, shampoo, ect... At the pet store I walk around and can't find anything or it's just too expensive. I tried this and it was 123 and my order was here in a couple days. I love it! My puppy loves it! She was so excited when I opened her box order and it was all for her.
