Great customer service. Excellent pen.

Bought an expensive pen and then was told it was not in stock. Still waiting for my money back 10 days later. Didn't get the feeling they were concerned about it.

never use this company again ! Bad website to order the personalised pen, and no confirmation email, then recordered again but charged twice in the end. also it was extremely bad after sale services ! never recommended !

Excellent customer service

I ordered an item from Pen Heaven and was informed that it had been shipped, but unfortunately Royal Mail managed to lose it. I contacted Pen Heaven and they immediately assured me that they would send out a replacement. Amazingly, it arrived the very next day!

Kaweco Collection Marble Ocean Fountain Pen with Medium Nib- Absolutely love this fountain pen. I didn't know much about the brand and once I ordered I realized it was on the shorter side. When I got it though oh man!!! It is so smooth while writing, it was like butter.. compared to a pen I paid over $100 for, this one kicked its but!! LOVE LOVE

I received my TWISBI ECO with afternoon.
It is a super writer. I can't believe the quality and great nib, especially for the price. I bought it after seeing such super reviews and I am glad it lives up to the unbelievable build up.

Ordered an engraved pen and ballpoint set as a 21st present. Placed the order at the weekend. Was concerned that an email confirmation did not arrive so sent an email enquiring about the order.

I recently experienced an issue with the nib on my pen, so I contacted customer support. From my very first interaction, Joe was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. After I provided a few photos, he quickly arranged for a replacement nib to be sent via Premium Tracked delivery, which arrived within a couple of days exactly as promised.
The communication throughout was excellent, with clear instructions, tracking information and regular updates. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned into a genuinely positive one thanks to the speed, efficiency and care shown.
It's becoming increasingly rare to receive customer service of this standard, and I wanted to recognise Joe and the team for going above and beyond. They resolved my issue quickly and without any hassle, leaving me as a very happy customer.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly be buying from them again in the future.

Order placed for 5 Parker pen refills on a Friday for delivery on a Saturday, not a large order to complete. Paid for a Saturday delivery £11. Paid the extra as I did not want to hang around waiting for a mid week delivery.

So how does Pen Heaven do, 4 of the refills are correct, the fifth is a Medium when I placed an order for a fine point refill. And the icing on the cake no invoice.

If Pen Heaven despatch dept took the time to read the invoice these stupid mistakes would not happen.

I only went to Pen Haven for a fine point refill as they are difficult to get on the high street.

If this is the best Pen Heaven can offer, it's time to delete my account, and start looking for a new supplier, who might not have the range of items as Pen Heaven can supply. At least they might have the ability to complete my order correctly.

Sublime customer service.

My ink order from Pen Heaven arrived this morning, and unfortunately one of the bottles had broken during transit, quite a long journey from the UK to Australia.

When I contacted them, they was incredibly helpful and offered a very prompt, fair, and generous resolution. I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled despite the unfortunate situation.

I would happily order from Pen Heaven again when I get the chance.

Super patient with delivery and quick communication turn around!

I made an order for a pen with engraving and embossed leather pouch. Everything was sent in reasonable time frame. But when it arrived to my country, the local courier service "lost" the package and tried to claim Force Majeure. I contacted customer service from Pen Heaven and was connected to Joe. He was extremely understanding and helpful, Contacted the courier, made them launch an investigation and lo and behold parcel was "found" It was delivered the next day after the investigation was launched. The parcel was opened so someone wanted the pen for themselves.
Thankfully all was good in the end, the pen, the engraving and the embossing on the leather case are all perfect.
Pen Heaven sent great product and their customer service did help me immensely when things out of their control got rough. So thank you Pen Heaven and thank you Joe.
