Kept waiting now for 9 days for a reply from M and S in response to my review of their grape prices. Managed to get prompt responses from Three and Yodel following critical reviews of their product but not M and S, oh no sir. To summarise, each of the 8 grapes contained in their plastic carton costs approximately twenty two pence. They should come sprinkled with gold leaf for that price.

Prices are misleading much to often. Latest example 12 Bovril stock cubes £1.10 at Sainsbury's, the actual price was £1.80

Its Pants, prices are well inaccurate.

Out of date price information on this website - eg says Cadburys milk tray box is £2, but when click through to the product page on Tesco it is £4.

Morrisons vunerable help line is ok if the person at the other end of the line listens to what you are asking for otherwise you will not get what you want. I get the impression staff do not like working on this helpline. I have had one lady who picked my call she was in the North East of England and she was brilliant. I have now given up calling this helpline and will use another supermarket after using Morrisons for 55 years I have had enough the stress is just too much.

Have used the app ever since i started shopping myself and i absolutely love MySupermarket. Not sure what i will use now

Truly will be missed,always got best prices on my stella,on the hunt for another site...RIP

It was the best ever hands down, unfortunately had to be taken down.
At least we appreciate great lesson to us the younger generation on how NOT to do business - 4 free! Businesses cost money to keep its services running smoothly. Free riders, F y'all and goodnight!

Well, to all those who came on here to moan about a FREE site, they have well and truly called your bluff haven’t they? An invaluable resource used by many, gone. Hang your heads in shame.

Loved it. Absolutely gutted it has closed. I would have paid to use this app, my best and most useful ever.

I love the fact you can compare every online store, set price alerts and sort by price per unit of measure (e.g. not just the cheapest item but the cheapest item per 100g) fantastic site!

Never bought anything through it but have used it for years to find good offers

I have 5 supermarkets within easy reach and it has been invaluable as I don't do internet groceries.

After hours of adding items to my basket, comparing, switching to better deals and finally trying to export list to chosen supermarket, the site has crashed with an error message "access denied". I can't log in, can't see what I had in my basket. Hours of time wasted. Site is slow to load as well I should add. Love the idea of this but it is executed so badly. I used it once before and also had problems. Such a shame mySupermarket!

I'm only giving this app a one star rating as there isn't a NO STAR!
What utter rubbish this is, I've just spent 40 minutes loading in my shopping list only for it to be deleted (after being saved) twice!!!! Wrote the list on a laptop and then tried to "send" it to my phone- no send button.... it does sync on the phone untill you navigate away from the page on the phone and then it's gone, from the laptop as well. Simply does not do what it says tin, dont wast your time- find a pencil a paper. Utter tosswank
