Noten gekauft - waren nicht verfügbar. Reklamation per Mail geschickt. Rückzahlung erfolgte innerhalb einer Stunde. Das finde ich ok. Fraglich ist, warum die Noten überhaupt angeboten wurden.

I've purchased two string quartet arrangements of famous classical pieces from musicaneo. They are both great arrangements by A. Visotsky. They are also very clear legible scores, well organized, and the pdf download was immediate and seamless. I would recommend the site for purchasing more or less directly from creators. I'm considering joining the site as a composer as well.

It's fine, but it feels outdated. I've seen other reviews and such about it being a scam, but it's usually the people that are scamming you, not the website.

Ich habe Noten gekauft und Probleme mit dem Ausdruck. Entsprechend habe ich den Kundendienst angeschrieben und um Hilfe gebeten. Eine Antwort blieb bisher leider aus. Kundendienst und Serviceorientierung sieht für mich definitiv anders aus. War dann hier wohl mein erster und gleichzeitig auch letzter Einkauf.

The only thing these guys do is downloading free public domain works (mostly from IMSLP) (or still copyrighted works) and putting them on their website for money. Everything you can "buy" from this website can be easily found on the internet with some research. And there are reports that even if you pay for the music they don't send you the sheet music or they send you a blank page. Just try to find your sheet music off some other website.

I had bought a few pieces ealier and they printed out fine. Yesterday I got a blank page too and contacted the service. They sent me the refund and said that the publisher deleted the score from their database. Well, it's a pity that I cannot buy the score, but I appreciate their swift reaction. I like musicaneo, therefore 5 stars.

Ich habe früher mehrere Noten auf dieser Seite gekauft und die alle ließen sich problemlos ausdrucken. Gestern allerdings habe ich auch die Noten mit den leeren Seiten bekommen und habe den Kundenservice sofort angeschrieben. Sie haben mir alles erstattet und gesagt, dass die Noten wurden beim Herausgeber gelöscht. Ist zwar ärgerlich, dass ich die Noten da nicht bekommen habe, aber die schnelle Reaktion auf mein Problem finde ich Klasse. Ich nutze musicaneo gerne, daher 5 Sterne.

Got two pieces for piano, printed off alright. All seems OK to me.

Money is gone, no music. Wished I had read reviews before. It is a shame sites like this deceice people.

Just bought Safe And Sound (Capital Cities) and paid via PayPal then I selected Print and choose PDF as I don't have printer and every page is there. I cant understand why such bad comments from others, everything seems fine to me.

just bought 3 songs, blank pages when downloaded to Dropbox, one page printed, gibberish.
have sent an email .. .we will see but I should have checked for reviews first.

Well, I figured out what works. I chose print to pdf BUT changed print settings from ALL pages to Custom and entered the number of pages to the song, e.g. 1-4 or 1-6 and pdf saved locally came out perfect. I prefer this as I now have the song locally and do not have to worry about printer problems. Not all printers like printing directly from a web site. A paper jam or other issue could be just as annoying. Site could do a better job of warning for and directing solutions for known issues.

SCAM, HAS LEGIT PREVIEWS BUT PURCHASES ARE BLANK PAGES

I've been a composer-member of MusicaNeo for about 3 years. The site has not sold many of my titles, but by their stats, my work has been viewed a fair number of times. Along with MusicaNeo, I have the same works posted as digital downloads on SheetMusicPlus.com. I see there are a number of customer complaints here, but I believe MusicaNeo has ironed out the main deficiencies concerning the ordering process. The fact that my work doesn't sell well is not MusicaNeo's problem, it is mine. (I don't write popular tunes). From a composers' perspective, even if your music doesn't sell, you are given a FREE website to display your pdf's and midi's in an unrestricted space. My estimation of MusicaNeo has gone up over the last year.

Seriously, save yourself the trouble. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Bought a music score, it's only a blank page when I want to print it. No customer care. I really should have seen the reviews here before buying.

Even 1 star is too much for this site. I just got a blank page after the purchase. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

Incomplete sheet music, entire sections of the song just not included at all.
Contacted them; they do not reply at all.
