I used this site satisfactorily for many years but I can no longer recommend it. The business appears to have problems. Access is blocked because its web certificate is long out of date, and if you do manage to get through it just says ‘Unable to take any orders at present’. It has been like that for a year or more. It gives the impression that it has gone out of business, so it is best to avoid it.

On 10th February 2021, I ordered a pair of HP compatible black and colour cartridges from Moreinks, and these were duly received and fitted. On 16th May, the printer spontaneously registered that the colour cartridge was empty, despite virtually no colour usage and its being XL capacity (the black cartridge, although quite heavily used, was still going strong and actually indicating full). Remedial tests and procedures suggested by Moreinks proved ineffective, and an alternative colour cartridge (from another supplier) worked perfectly ... showing that there was no fault with the printer. On 27th May, Moreinks promised either a refund or replacement, and I requested the latter. However, despite sending five email reminders at intervals over the following 6 months, I have still received neither a replacement cartridge nor even an acknowledgement of any kind.

This company boasts: "a no quibble refund or replacement policy", but on the basis of this experience I cannot endorse its products and certainly not its much-hyped claims about customer service.

I needed some inks for my home printer, and when I sew good reviews on Which website I ordered a couple of inks from the Moreinks website.
Delivery was ok, on time but unfortunately, the links were wrong. l emailed them and someone by name of Linda emailed me back asking about the correct code, which I had already provided them when I order, and also it was on my Receipt. few emails were exchanged but nothing happened , and I give up, and to make it easy for myself for losing £29.99, I assumed I have given it to charity. Don't use this company.

I have used MoreInks before on my last order & rated them ***** but my last order the cartridge was not recognised by my Epson 322 machine, ok so these problems happen. What I object to is not being able to communicate by phone or email. So MoreInks I await as others on this site to get your act together, Covid 19 does not prevent communication!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I needed some inks to enable home working, and following reading a review on the Which? website I decided to use MoreInks. What a mistake. They took my money easily enough - a not insignificant £50 - and delivered efficiently enough with the package arriving promptly. Unfortunately, the cartridges do not work as they are not recognised by my HP machine. This happens - I understand that - so since then I have been trying without success to contact then to arrange initially a replacement, and then, after a month had passed with no response, a refund. They do not return any emails or phone calls, and I am now at the stage of contacting Which? and Trading Standards to take this further. If necessary I shall take MoreInks to court. Be warned - If all goes well, then you're ok, but if you have a problem Moreinks are NOT to be trusted.Use at your peril.

I have been using MoreInks for a couple of years now very happily and have had at least 10 orders delivered with no problem. The last order unfortunately was incorrect and I called to sort this out. My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Linda and the correct cartridges have been received now. I was also told to keep the incorrect colour cartridges free of charge although I did offer to pay for them..
All companies get it wrong occasionally and how they deal with issues is what separates the good companies from the bad. 5 stars More Inks, I will continue to recommend you!

They provide a fast and efficient service via their website with reasonably priced own-branded replacement cartridges.. Cartridges are delivered within about four days free of charge, however when I had a new cartridge that didn't work and tried calling them on their not-so-cheap 0845 number, each time I called I got voicemail (this was during normal business hours) and they've yet to return my calls!

I have been using more inks for a couple of years and I have probably saved over £100 on my inks with no noticeable detriment to my printer

I have replaced Canon originals with these inks on my Pixma printer because I cannot tell the difference between the originals and these when it comes to printing photos for my family. The cost of these inks compared to the originals is fantastic! .... and they DON'T harm the printer.

Ink was as ordered, arrived on time, were well packed and much cheaper than buying originals. Have used in the past without any problems

I have used only Canon printers for about 15 years and during this time I have spent a fortune on cartridges, original and compatible. Since the chipped cartridges were introduced it has been difficult to find compatibles that will always work. I have found them. MOREINKS supply compatible cartridges that work first time every time. They produce a quality print and the colours are good. They have good capacity and are very reasonably priced. I will certainly only be buying my inks from MOREINKS in the future, and can highly recommend their products.

Response, packaging and delivery were quick when sent internationally. But lacked customer relationship approach. Feels like dealing with an anonymous business. Needs to have a better business/customer approach

Easy to find required Inks through the Website; easy to order; good prices; prompt delivery, and well packaged . Good value for money. Recommended Company.

oct 2015 - repeat customer, because of my original experience some time back, quick supply of purchases, good cartridge bundle options to choose from, very cost effective.

A repeat order the last fifteen cartridges now having been used with none of the problems encountered when using 'others' substitute or refill cartridges. Arrived within a day and an exceptionally good price too!
