Terrible company to deal with. Trying to do a return for weeks. At first I was hopeful when I got an email from Amanda Lang but then I have been ghosted ever since. Doubt I will ever see my refund. I'll be calling my credit card company to dispute charges.

I bought a blouse from them in mid November 2024 and unfortunately it did not fit so I returned the blouse immediately on 11/21 which I had to pay for the return shipping. The USPS tracking showed that they received the package on 11/26. I emailed them on 11/27 asking for my refund. On 12/6 I got a response stating that my item was in the Process Fulfillment stage, that was 13 days ago and still no refund.

Ordered 3 tops. Absolutely no give in the fabric to where I almost couldn't get it over my shoulders. My boobs were squished to my chest with no breathing room. A size up wouldn't have made this feel more comfortable. These clothes are cheaply made and not worth the money

Ordered 3 dresses and only received 2. No one answers their customer service number or return calls. When I tried to return online via emails I kept getting alternative solutions instead of the refund I requested. They didn't even acknowledge reimbursement of the dress I did not receive. This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Don't know if I'll even get my refund. Terrible company. DO NOT USE!

I ordered several dresses for a wedding. What a disappointment. Poor quality, arrived late. I couldn’t use the dresses. By time they arrived the wedding was over, The entire experience was a disaster.
Now I have returned the dresses. Followed all their rules for return. They haven’t refunded my purchases and one of the returns was returned to me. Refused by MsDressly. The other returns were received but no refund!!! I would advise everyone to stay away from this site. They are a Fraud

If I could give them negative stars, I would. The jacket I received didn't even have the slits in the button holes cut yet and a size large ladies was more like a size xxs ! Finally, the front pockets were sewn so high up, they were practically on my shoulders! There wasn't a clothing tag on it either. It's like they mail you the factory reject of rejects. I got two jackets and the other one was like a halloween costume version of the real picture! It was so cheap and cheesy. Their customer service number is 888- 123-4567. I should have been more careful! And, you can't get a refund! Only store credit! Who wants more of their defective clothes? Buy beware! These guys get your $$ and your credit card info and run with it! And they send you clothes worth less than 0.50 as you can't wear it!

SCAM don't trust they will steal your info, luckily I read reviews before saying ok to this scam. you will never get your stuff, and just get ignored.

I ordered two “matching” flower girls dresses. The dresses arrived and they looked nothing alike, one looked like a potato sack. They are cheap and poorly made from China. unfortunately it was too close to our event so I had no choice but to have them altered, and they still look like trash. DO NOT ORDER from here

I wonder if someone can help me please. It seems like stupidly placed an order for two dresses on 20th May, 2019 and paid for them. When viewing my account on line it said that they were in stock and being shipped. On trying to go into my account yesterday it states that To date I have received no communication or refund of my money. I today have tried to email them on the email address given on their website which states that sadly they have now closed their doors and for dresses awaiting delivery to send an email to an address, but on doing this it comes back wrong email address, that it does not exist. Has anyone else had the same problem. I am in the United Kingdom and feel stupid and annoyed. I have purchased in the past and was extremely satisfied with my dress and had no problems then, so I thought this was a legitimate organisation. Any help would be much appreciated.

I was very pleased with the dress I ordered. Had some initial issues trying to determine the best size, but support from Dolly really helped. Dress did require alterations. I received numerous compliments on the dress at my son’s wedding. Excellent fabric and color. Patience required on the site, so many options.

Un CONSEIL SVP ne commander RIEN chez MISSY DRESS j'ai reçue une robe de très mauvaise qualité , la couture c'est juste une HORREUR , la taille ne correspondait pas du tout le tissu est de qualité très médiocre Entre la photo et la réalité c'est juste une arnaque cette société chinoise essaye juste de reproduire des robes haute couture reprises dans des magasines!!! ce ne sont pas leurs photos !!!!! La robe n'a aucune valeur et j'ai payé 155€ soit disant au lieu de 600€ ??? Bien entendu aucune réponse à mes mails aucun retour ???? Impossible de porter cette robe et encore moins d'essayer de la revendre POUBELLE alors SVP ce site d'arnaque est à FUIR -- Je pensait que nos amis chinois avaient une meilleur éthique !!! Dites vous juste que tous les com positives que vous lisez sont rédigés par la société elle même , (avec de faux profils ) !!

I ordered a dress from Sherri Hill and I'm more than happy. The dress arrived in Croatia within 5 days, even they told us they would come for 2 weeks. The size from the site correspond to the dress completely.

Ils prend des photos des sites où les robes sont absolument magnifiques et ils les reproduise avec une qualité absolument dégoûtantes! Faite moi confiance de donnée plus 1€ à cet entreprise car vous allez être tous déçus du résultat!

MissesDressy is the worth online store and company to do business with. This company is based on a fraudulent business. Guys, do not shop with missesdressy; my experience with them was a nightmare. I fought to get a cancellation / refused for an order that was wrong placed by their unprofessional staff who constantly told me ”this is beyond me, my manager is on a long vacation and we can't process your concerns”. I had to get my financial institution involved and an escalation was opened. To cut the long story short; guys, Do Not place your order with these people. They have no conscience and they lack credibility. I don't under why this business is still running. Guys, pls stay away. Don't do it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Instead of reading any reviews with more than one star just skip and go straight to the one star reviews. I am sure anything above one star are fake people just like the company is a fake and completely fraudulent. I was shipped the wrong prom dress completely for my daughter who had brain surgery last year to remove a tumor. She has been through hell- and is looking forward to her first prom this Spring. After spending $480 on the dress and another $135 to ship it back to NY within 3 days- Rita is saying we can only have store credit. Why would ANYONE want store credit from an obvious fraudulent company? I laughed. It’s seriously comical how they are even open still. Karma will come back to them. Don’t worry. If they had any heart they would refund our family- but I’m not holding onto hope. They are heartless people.

Very happy with the dress I ordered for my daughter's graduation, even better than the picture. I received it yesterday & I live in Australia. We purchased the Two-Piece Beaded gown by Kalani Prom. Purchased on the 18th September & arrived 4th October.
